Wonderful crafts store! I prefer to come here than to any other craft store. They have almost everything I need in order to do my crafts. Friendly and helpful staff and affordable prices. Highly recommended!

The quality of service has gone done severely in the last few year in Greenwood and the east side location. The staff acts like you're bothering them. They know they can act that way since the other stores don't have the inventory and what the do have is expensive. Sad even the manager is that way as well.

Would give 1/2 star to this store! Purchase over 25 yards of material for pick up. Drive 40 minutes to pick up. Jessica, woman with pinkish hair was super rude and abrupt when I requested the material be cut into several pieces but she would not accommodate the request. She said they wouldn’t cut it. I explained to her another JoAnn fabric store (Castleton) did cut the material into smaller sections and her response was “well maybe they will cut it for you or you can come back on another day and use our cutting area.” Then she rudely turned and walked away before I could ask for clarification. We drove 40 minutes to pick up this material and I already paid for it - otherwise I would have just walked out. Can’t believe the rudeness!!

The employees are always kind and helpful. The selection of fabric is always great. Now, that being said, management always seems miserable. Today, I think her name was Shannon was rude. She could not have been more aggravated because the employee needed help at the counter. I don't want to give specific names of the employee because I'm fully assuming Shannon would be the type to retaliate against the employee. It was awkward and hateful. If you can't handle being kind to employees, don't be a manager.

Wife bought a $200 cricut machine brought it home and didnt cut correctly. Went to return with receipt and the manager was rude and said that it is policy that they do not do returns on the machines they sell. Would be nice to know before purchasing expensive machines that don't work!

Cashier 854481 was “trying” to re-stack the scrapbook paper she scanned and she was just carelessly slamming the paper on the register area without even looking down at what she was doing as she conversed with coworkers… come on… $65 of scrapbook paper and that’s how it’s treated? I was cringing as she did it, because you could obviously see the ends bending and getting crushed as she kept doing it, and then she shoved it carelessly into a bag.When I got home I saw that she did in fact damage multiple sheets….Listen, I get it… working retail sucks. I’ve been there. I don’t even care she was talking to coworkers. But people are paying good money for these products and the tiny amount of care she could’ve used to not damage the paper would’ve taken hardly any extra effort….. do better :/

I was trying to find the place where I bought flowers in June. The cashier tried to help me, but I didn't buy them there. He gave me an idea of how to find out where I bought them...very helpful..

Friendly staff. Clean store. They had tons of clearance items making things a bit crowded, but if I am saving money, I can handle crowding if the store is still accessible, which it was!

They need to check the products and see that they are in fact on sale I doubled check before trying to purchase and the cashier said they wasn't part of the sale even though they was in the right spot she wouldn't bother asking someone to double check lost a sale over a simple check

Experienced staff who can sew and craft. They made good, accurate recommendations with fabric choices and measurements.Our project was the #1 choice at a Christmas White Elephant game!Crafting is FUN!! JoAnn’s is GREAT!
