Great place for Amazon returns. The $5 off coupon you get for returning things there is nice, too.Update: not much has changed since. Some good employees, some not. Whoever works the Amazon return desk is always rude, though. Haven't figured out why.Response to reply: I've already reported this to local management, but it didn't accomplish much. Maybe you'll have better luck. It would be nice to have someone there actually look at me or talk to me like I'm a human. The latest: the last two employees at the return booth have at least said hello to me.

Terrible customer service. While at the checkout, the two cashiers were complaining about another customer, ignoring the customer in front of them. I had an Amazon return, when I arrived at that desk the clerk is laying on counter.

I will never spend another dime with Kohl's. I only return Amazon products here. During COVID I placed a fairly large order because I knew I would eventually return back to the office. My order was delivered in April 2020. I tried everything on and it did fit at the time. I kept all tags on and my receipt just in case. When I had to go back into the office end of September 2020 one of the shirts I purchased was too big and fell off me. I went to Kohl's first chance I had given the shorter shopping hours & my longer work scheduled because I hadn't been inside the office for months. My daughter had a kart full of clothes, we were planning to spend close to $1000.I went to customer service to return the $30 shirt, which was never worn, had the tags & stickers, and I had my original receipt. I was 2 days past the 6 month return window. I had always been told Kohl's had a flexible return policy which I honestly NEVER utilized because outside of COVID we normally enjoy our goodies almost immediately. I spoke with the manager, calmly explaining I'm about to spend close to $1000, every Black Friday I usually spend another $1000, reviewing my Kohl's cc history I typically spend $5,000-7,000 a year just at Kohl's.The manager refused to return a $30 dress shirt that was in original condition. I told him he lost my business I would never spend a single cent in Kohl's the rest of my life and I have not spend any money there since April 2020. I will pay more money at another retailer that appreciates my business and understands client service.I know my measly $5,000-7,000 won't bankrupt Kohl's but I also know Kohl's is barely escaping bankruptcy these days. I am positive their lack of client service contributes to this as well as their lack of business skills and ethics.

The place was unkept, clothing and other items scattered. I couldn't find what I was looking for. Update from 6 days ago. I was in the store yesterday and it was better organized. The jewelry department is back! Thank you!

When in there to look for a blue sweater unfortunately they were out of my size. I ended up getting a black sweater which worked out okay. Also I got black tights and really wanted blue. It seems no matter where I go the color blue is hard to find.

I’ve had a Kohls charge for 25 years. It’s a shame. I can’t shop there anymore because now I need a wheelchair. It would be a great service to your customers. If you provided them most people don’t have anyone else so you would need motorized wheelchairs.

Sure not the Kohl's I've always love. The reset of your store and changes in inventory since Sephora was added is disappointing. Jewelry dept. is nothing like it used to be. Handbags spread out all over the store. Petite dept. practically nonexistent. What used to be my go-to store, just isn't anymore.

You are better off going to Goodwill. They should close it down. They have shut an entire set of doors and only allow entrance and exit through the south doors. This is a large box store and if there was an emergency I hope they have a lot of insurance to pay out when people are stuck jammed up trying to get out the only doors on the entire opposite side of the store. (I won't be going back for safety reasons) In addition, this store hires raccoons to organize and sort their clothing. The entire store is a dump. Clothes just thrown on the floor, items just in piles... to find your size you have to dig through piles like you are in hunting through cheap clothes in a bargain basement. If you have any self-respect at all do not go there. You could die - (why haven't the fire marshalls fussed about this??) You can't find anything You will feel like you are dumpster diving If they want to have a store with the feel of a Goodwill, you better sell clothes at cheaper prices. And the employees..... yeah, truly scraping the bottom. This store is a boil on the butt of Greenwood.

Sephora instead of fine jewelry! Really? How stupid. Wouldn’t buy any of that overpriced, unnecessary gunk.Rude cashiers who delight in telling you the coupon doesn’t apply, the Kohls cash expired yesterday, and want to force you to put it on your Kohls charge. I would not care if they go out of business. Lazy employees who are clock watchers but not interested in customers.I tried to return something the other day and I turned to the cashier to ask can you do a return (she’s standing there doing nothing) and she said I can’t. In the next 3 minutes she came over to customer service to relieve the person on duty for a break!! Wow, that’s real customer service and concern for your patron.I did not reinvest the credit into anything else. They might just refuse enough coupons to drive themselves out of business.

The worst experience I ever had at the Greenwood kohls store Always get discounts with my kohl's cash from my card if I don't generally the cashier will offer them friendly like. I paid full price for everything got very little for my money and usually Always get some sort of kick back. That's why we shop there especially for school clothes.

Not honoring cupons as they once did so will be looking at other sources for products previously purchased at Kohls and will not be returning and shopping as we had done for so many years in the past.
