If I could give zero stars I would. The attitudes in this Kroger are embarrassing. Last week a young man comes over intercom 30 min before close telling us "We will be closing in 30 mins, get your crap and get out" I wish I was making it up. Night time this place goes to the pooper. They really need to watch the employees and the manager, for allowing this to happen. Then 15 min before close another announcement saying if you are not up here by 10 you will not get waited on I don't care. The young man's exact words. I couldn't believe I was hearing this. They also make their employees come in sick as I've been told by several sadly I've seen a few visibly sick and sadly miserable which means you are exposing Us as the customer too. Also when I was there Christmas Eve shopping, same rude behavior on the intercom. I shop this store a few times a week it's become draining. I decided today Meijer it is I'll drive the extra distance.

I shop regularly at this Kroger, both in-store and pickup. I do not have any big complaints. The staff are kind, the store is kept clean, and the curbside pickup folks are quick to bring out my order. If you use coupons and shop their sales, you can get good deals.

Second time we’ve done a drive up order that has taken 45 minutes to be brought out to the car. Today we never got the order after 45 minutes they told us sorry they gave the order to someone else and wouldn’t be able to fill it today. Manager just laughed about it.

No fried chicken yet again on a sunday afternoon. I used to fry the chicken at the merdian parke dr kroger when i was younger and i would have never ran out at this time on a weekend. Your standards have fallen and its sad.

My family and I used the coin star machine about 30minutes ago at this location. There is a yellow sign posted on machine "If under $100 can cash at register. We when we finished we had over $100 and went to the customer service desk. There was an elderly man behind waiting as well. We stood there waiting ten minutes with nobody looking our way or helping us. So my wife flagged down an employee by the name of Andrea. Andrea has no customer service and had an attitude as if she was annoyed and bothered that we needed help. First thing she states is that we can use the register if under 100 with an attitude outloud in front of everyone. My wife said its over and Andrea rolled her eyes the first time and then when she got closer over to where I was at the service desk she asked again because my wife didn't want to scream out how much infront of everyone and Andrea rolled her eyes again. (Which should be on service desk camera. Then my wife pointed out to her that Andrea has an attitude (btw this isn't the first time this lady has had an attitude with my wide and my wife didn't report it the first time) Then Andrea starts talking in sarcastic monotone voice and just said "okkkkk. That's being rude?" Wife said yeah yelling it across three isles away infront of other patrons and rolling your eyes is rude. Then my wife got her name and then requested to speak with a manager on duty with the younger gentleman that works self checkout normally (he's always nice). The manager (Keeley) came up to the front. My wife talked to her about what happened and all she said was "I'm sorry she's not normally like that." My wife explained to Keeley that in customer service...even if you're having a bad day you can't act like that. Really nothing got resolved and we ended up seeing a group of them with Andrea at the customer service desk just laughing and Andrea just staring at my wife (which should be on camera as well 9/30/24 between 7:20pm-7:50pm). Obviously based off the reviews there are a few consistent bad eggs at this location that probably shouldn't be in the customer service field. Guy that works nights with glasses at the self checkout is always awesome.

Watched the women running self check out Be horribly rude to a customer, and then after the customer left she was being very loud going on and on about the customer where everyone could hear her. Very annoying. 🙄

Went to check out bourbon selection at my local Kroger, but it was very limited. I asked a fellow that was stocking about why we had a small selection ver the Kroger on 135. His response was look at where you are ! I said excuse me, he said it will only get stolen. Turns out the guy was a manager . Not a very good way to represent a company.

I only get a handful of things at the store now. I prefer Aldi. Wish I could find everything there, but, have to still come here for a few select items. The workers are rude in general. The quality of meat has gone way down, especially steak. The digital coupon system is terrible, can't scan anything in the store, there's no signal even with high quality phones you have to go to the entrance
