If I am doing self checkout, then don't touch my stuff. If I wanted my things bagged poorly, I would go through and regular check out line. I know they are just trying to help, but ASK and don't just start doing it. Nothing like having a rebag everything because they just throw things in a bag. Still not asking before bagging my stuff at SELF checkout. Once again you don't teach them how to properly bad so then I have to go remove the meat from the produce and so on

Don't even bother with pickup at the Smokey Row location. It's delayed 90% of the time, and I've had to cancel plans twice because they've delayed my pickup by 2-3 hours. They also tell you to ignore the app update and rely on a text that's unreliable. I've also been told to pickup earlier than my chosen time. I got a flood of messages telling me I'd have to reschedule my entire pickup if I didnt make it by 6p. Beware!

Worst store ever! Not just the worst Kroger, but worst grocery store ever!. Store is a complete mess. Aisles way too narrow, and then they put little cardboard shelves in the aisles, that are just in the way. The whole store setup is awful! I would rather shop at any Walmart over this store, and that's saying something. Store is one giant cluster----!

my wife had big problems with the click list several months ago. very long wait for nothing while trying to entertain a toddler in a vehicle that was not in the plan. I dreaded going back in this store today and it was a joke. i won't be back ever again easy solution for me

This location is the closest option to our house, but it’s consistently awful. They’re frequently out of stock on common items. Their Clicklist department is a mess. We’ve gotten the wrong items, someone else’s items, the strangest substitutions that don’t work, the LONG waits from the time you checkin, getting items ruined by being squished, to not having your order ready upon pickup. I use it because we’re a very busy family with a lot going on. They’ve made me prefer Walmart pickup or any other place, to be honest. It’s truly the worst Kroger I’ve been to. I’m not sure what’s going with the management but I hope it gets addressed soon…or we get more options nearby so I don’t have to come back.

It only took us 28 minutes to get our groceries and when we went to self checkout it took 48 minutes just to do self checkout. It takes the lady or guy in there 10 minutes to come back and reset the self check out. The Lady in there said that the self checkout will only let you have 6 seconds to get your groceries in your bag before it goes off and they have no customer service to help you.

Great store and convenient location. The Kroger Pickup option is a really nice concept but this department definitely needs to get themselves organized. You are risking losing dedicated customers by mailing in a very convenient option.
Too many “were running behind” notices after the scheduled delivery time has already been sent. Way too many wrong products provided and the substitutions getting out of hand.
If I can go in the store and find the products your pickup team claims are out of stock something is broken. Do better!

Kroger is good place to buy your groceries. They are clean. Staff is friendly. You can use coupons. You can order adhead for pick up. You can have a delivery done.
