Absolutely horrible at taking care of patient needs got a cpap from the the mask had a huge crack in it from day tried to get a new one no response and a year later no way to use this cpap

I have been trying to reach Lincare all week. The phone rings forever and no answer. I need to have my concentrator serviced. This is so frustrating. Evidently they don’t care about the health of their customers. All the problems everyone is having needs to be addressed.

Horrible service. Cpap needs replaced. Every time I call I get an answering service. After 5 calls when someone finally calls back they are rude and give me vague instructions about needing info from my dr. My dr sends it. 5 more calls and another rude person tells me they didn’t get exactly what they need. They refuse to let me come in and just get a form. One big run around

The supplies are great, however my experiences with this company have not been so great. They don't check the machines. I have to call several times to try to get my supplies. They don't send filters or new tubing.

Greenwood office customer service is absolutely terrible. I asked to speak to manager both times I called but was told they are in meetings all day. Had to call after hours dispatch to get what we needed!

My wife has had nothing but trouble from this place. Half the time she has long waits on the phone if someone answers they tell her. "it's on the way" but she never receives anything from anyone. Or they never answer the phone. You get a recording the after about 5 minutes the phone will ring once and then the call is ended. Wonder why. I will call and report this to whoever will listen if things are not fixed NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

This Company is not even worth one star. I have been trying for weeks now to get an unsafe hospital bed with no brakes and a delapitated wheel chair fixed or replaced with no avail.My husband has had a stroke and cannot walk and is limited to his hospital bed. The brakes on his hospital bed are broken, which makes transferring him from bed to wheel chair (which is falling apart as well) extremely unsafe. We recently had a mishap while daughter and I were transferring because bed slid. He slipped off bed into her arms and trapped me between the bed and the wall on other side of bed. His body weight and hers were pushing the bed against me and the wall so hard that I struggled to get out to help her recover him from the floor.Anyway, to make a longe story short, I phone Company with diligence after that incident and was promised a bed would be there the next day. I was told the driver would call before delivery, but they couldn't give me a window of when. I took off work next day to be home for delivery. Also, I had to transfer my husband from his bed to living room recliner (which he can only tolerate for a short time) to prepare. They never showed nor did they call that day. I called furious the next day, and was told 2 offices now were working together to ensure a deliveryon that day. Still cudnt give me a window so I could prepare my husband. Once again, no call, no delivery! This was yesterday (Friday) and now today is Saturday and company is closed for the weekend! I'm appalled that a company that supplies medical equipment has no regard for the handicapped that is generating their income. I guess I should be thankful that it isn't oxygen that we are waiting on!

I have been a customer of this place for some time now. I had no trouble with the other office but the Greenwood office is terrible. They have had my oxigo for 6 months now. They have no idea were it is. When you call them they reply is ( I will check on it and call you back). This is the second time this has happened. They will never call you back and they will never get you help. I have had to call Florida to get help. When I call Florida they will usually find my machine

If you think this office is bad then you haven’t talked to the Terre Haute office! They actually laughed when I told them that I felt like they didn’t care if I lived or died. I needed a new cpap machine and a mask fit. I don’t know how they stay in business in this state.
