Unfortunately, my experience with Lockhart Cadillac Greenwood was not as pleasant as l was expecting from a Cadillac dealerships. I had an appointment to test drive the 2024 Premium Luxary CT5. Once I arrived it was like a ghost town. No movement inside and no customer parking. I parked behind someones car and 4-5 salesman came out from the side staring at my family and I as if shocked someone was there. It was very uncomfortable. Once inside, the sales rep that was assigned to me was not who I had an appointment with. She was unaware of my information and appeared to be indifferent. Lockhart didn't have the color CT5 I wanted and I was told by Dylan (the sales rep I made the appointment with) that I could get the CT5 built to my specifications. During the test drive, my daughter and I felt the whole experience was awkward. The sales rep seemed inexperienced and/or uncomfortable being in the car. If I had not asked questions regarding the cars features, the test drive would have been mostly silent. After the test drive, the sales representative came up with ridiculous figures on the financing and I had not even filled out a credit application yet. I have excellent credit, and the numbers she came up with was for someone with poor credit history. Hmm, was this discrimination? I was only there to test drive not do the financing due to the CT5 I wanted was not yet available. Once she was done with the numbers, I was told I COULDN'T get the CT5 to my specifications due to Lockhart was not willing to bring in one beyond the 500 mile radius. I would not have made an appointment to test drive had I known they couldn't get the CT5 I wanted until February 2024. I felt they were trying to get me to sign for the CT5 I test drove, which was nice but not what I wanted. Leaving, the sales rep was dismissive and my mother, daughter, and I received the same uncomfortable stare and the silent treatment by the entire staff while walking out. You could hear a pin drop. We were the only customers in the dealership and no one thanked us for even coming out. I've had several offers from other dealerships with great deals, however Cadillac was my preferred choice, but this dealership did not deliver. If you are not Caucasian, I would NOT recommend patronizing this dealership. From the time I arrive until I left, I felt I was being judged by my race. Overall my experience with Lockhart Greenwood was unpleasant and a waste of time.

This was my first experience buying a car without seeing it first in person, but Austin at Lockhart made that an easy process by sending me a video of him walking around the exterior of the vehicle and then of him test driving it. We agreed on a price, did all of the paperwork over email, and I then took them up on their offer to deliver the car to me. They drove the vehicle two hours north to my house and I just handed them a check and parked it in my garage. Really simple process and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I just purchased a 2021 pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. My sales consultant was Tim. Overall, I had a great experience with him and the Lockhart Cadillac Greenwood team. Tim answered all my questions and he took care of any concerns I had. I did not feel pressured at any time to make the purchase. Even, after I completed that; I asked Tim if the car could be delivered to my house due to there was not someone with me to drive the new car and they agreed to. Next day, the car was completely cleaned and delivery to my door. I truly believe that you will have a great experience as I did.

Ben was very friendly & professional. I drove over 4hrs to test drive the truck I purchased. I was an hour late for my appointment, due to a time zone difference but Ben was very understanding. I enjoyed the experience & I'm loving my new truck!

Lockhart picked up my car when promised, serviced my car for what I requested. Brought it back running fantastic after I take cleaning. I am very pleased, and blessed because I use a walker to get around and this kind of service is worth every penny. Bless everyone at Lockhart Service department.

I worked with Peyton for my purchase of a Lexus RX 350 and had a great experience! I would recommend working with him and also this branch of Cadillac. The car was immaculate and customer service was 10/10! Could not recommend enough!

Trevor was attentive and professional. He picked up the slack when the finance person was on lunch. He got us in and out quickly and with a good used car that got us home safely almost two hours away. We were totally pleased with the car. It was cleaned for us before we left, tires and brakes and battery and cables all looked fairly new. Engine and interior were clean. The only negative thing I have to say is there was no spare tire in the well which will cost less than $200 to replace. Other than that, we had a perfect experience! Thank you for your efforts Trevor! We’ll definitely keep you in mind in the future!

Prompt friendly service every time. Work is efficient reliable expertly done. Updates were provided whilst I waited. My car was taken to car wash as final touch on excellent work . Ryan and Kimmie ( hope I got that right) were patient and informative throughout the whole process. Been with this company almost 9 years now and I am a very satisfied customer.

Had my car shipped from out of state (i’m in FL) . Benjamin was honestly such an amazing guy and helped me so much. He went above and beyond to get me an amazing deal on my 2018 5.0. I couldn’t be happier. This dealership is honestly so easy to work with and we’re able to get this shipped and done within a couple days. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Again thank you Benjamin for making this process so easy and even working on your days off to help me with the buying process, you’re the man!

Great experience with Bradley Vancleve and his team. They made accommodations for a last minute test drive which ended in a sale for them. Brad was up front about his knowledge of the vehicle didn’t push or spin the negatives about the car (minor body and paint damage). He also gave me a considerable amount his time.Thanks Brad and the Greenwood Cadillac dealership.

I just traded vehicles with Lockhart in Greenwood. The sales associate, Dvyne McCoy, was knowledgeable and helpful. The actual paperwork part of the transaction is never terribly appealing, but that seems to be consistent among essentially all dealers I’ve ever worked with through the years. I have used the Lockhart roadside service also, and that makes me a loyal customer.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Lockhart Cadillac service. The text messages and emails make communication easy and efficient. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to take pride in their work and their customer service as if they own the company. I hope that they are all well compensated for the quality of work and service that they provide. Would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend Brad VanCleve at Lockhart in Greenwood. He made the car buying process very easy. I hate trying to haggle prices when buying a vehicle, but we were able to quickly reach an agreement that was fair for everyone. Great experience from start to finish.
