Kudos to the Staff in Greenwood to begin with - excellent service on their part. And the product itself looks terrific. However, that's where anything good stops. Problems: 1) Project took 3 1/2 months to complete. 2) Lengthy delivery times for materials (longer than I was told). 3) No communication once materials arrived. Had to stop by the store to find materials were waiting on me. 4) Differing hours listed on web site and front door led to a wasted trip to the store. 5) RW Flooring (Installers) - Installer didn't know what his boss wanted him to do with a troublesome level change in our entry. This led to having to re-do a section of floor - WHICH WE WERE FORCED TO PAY FOR IN MATERIALS AND LABOR! It added another month to our timeline due to additional materials and scheduling with installers. 6) Installers didn't caulk molding on the first install - left me to do it. 7) Some of the re-working was poorly done. (Molding askew, large gaps in transition strips, adhesive dripped on stairs and carpeting, absurd amount of caulking once they did caulk the trim, etc. Just sloppy work.) Third try was better in some cases, but I still gave up on lot of details and just fixed them myself after they left. Pretty bad when you're better than the pros you hired to do the work. 8) I've been ignored and shuffled from one person to another in Customer Care for two weeks now. Still trying to get a real person for a real conversation, or get a reply to messages. But I always get a machine, or a formulaic email that my complaint has been passed on to someone else. All in all, a terrible experience and I would highly recommend that anyone considering LL Flooring or RW Flooring AVOID THEM...like the plague.

Store was closed when their phone message said they were open - this led to a wasted trip on a Sunday. Lengthy wait time for the product (a month). No staff in the front of the store when I came to pick up. After aprox. 15 minutes of waiting inside for someone to come out from the back, I used my phone to call and let them know I was waiting. (and someone came out). After that they were very helpful.A misunderstanding with the order form led to unexpected charges. Details: The paperwork indicated a charge for base and shoe molding. We discovered later that the charge was only for removal of old molding, not for replacement. So we paid an additional $700 for replacement molding. Our fault for misreading the paperwork, their fault for not making it clearer - wording makes a difference, and it was worded as to suggest molding was removed AND replaced. Not a pleasant surprise.

do not use this store! i placed a $2k dollar cash deposit on flooring and after not receiving my installer discount for a month i decided to cancel the order, to date seven weeks later i still do not have my two thousand dollar deposit!!!!!!!! i was told last week by the manager " shawn " i would have the money returned by the end of this week! i still do not have the money and to be honest i do not think i will ever get my deposit of two thousand dollars returned ! stay away from this store and do notgive them any money for anything! do not read the response l and l flooring left and think that they have any genuine concern , i have called and spoke to that department and they treated me as if i did not deserve my refund and all they did was kick me in the teeth and tell me additional lies about my refund of two thousand dollars that i will never get back! do not buy anything from them you will not get your flooring or a refund, i think they getting ready to file bankruptcy!!!!!

If there were zero stars I would have chosen zero. This business has very unscrupulous practices, they sold us a close out item and didn’t inform us of that fact, we come back a few weeks later to buy more and they still charged us full price and we had to drive to another state to get it or forced to pay a very high shipping price. I expressed my concerns to corporate that it was unfair to pay full price for a close out item, my concerns were completely ignored. I then tried to return two unused boxes and was told they won’t take it back because it’s a close out item, they change the rules to suit themselves, not the customer. We paid a premium price and there were pieces not milled right as seen in the pics and broken pieces. Save your hard earned money and don’t go with this shady company.

Avoided giving 1 star because the associates were actually helpful. However, the product I was sold is junk and after laying 16 rows of vinyl plank the original row's click lock snapped and won't stay together.I waited 7 days for customer service to get back to me, only to tell me they have to have the store send in an unopened box of flooring to confirm it's the product.It's November and winter is upon us, these floors should've been installed and ready a week after purchase back in October. Now it'll take up to 10 business day from the day the receive the unopened box to inspect and confirm that the product is not the issue.This is a huge headache for flooring that costs almost $3 per square foot. I'm open to allowing them to keep my business but the expectation is for them to go above and beyond given the poor experience and time loss dealing with this mess.Note to future shoppers, check the click and lock system on any flooring you purchase before pulling the trigger. If it snaps in your hand then don't buy!Update: bumped to 3 stars because of Shaun. Give that man a raise.Update 2: Helonia in customer service and the CS team made this bad experience much much better. I don't fault any of the LL Flooring employees for the bad product. Manufacturer defects happen and I'll follow my own advice in the future. Check the tongue and groove/ click and lock system on any floating floors.

After another horrendous Home Depot interaction we drove angrily to LL Flooring arriving just 30 minutes before closing and yet they were lovely. We picked a flooring, got a rough estimate that was thousands less than Home Depot and they put us on the schedule for measuring. What would have been a months long process now sounds to be about a couple weeks. Big Box Blew IT!

We were able to go right on inside and look at the Countertops, and the Island top Samples they have on the sales floor!Ended up stepping outside for a quick call to confirm that we definitely were able to pick up the 8' Teak Butcher Block Countertop, as well as a 3'× 6' Teak Butcher Block Island Top. Since they do have those in stock!We are loaded up Betty back on down the road in five minutes. these are Beautiful countertops we feel special after this purchase, our home will love us more!Just a Minor Quagmire I got straight Stuck In this Pothole on way out back of LL. Some nice Fellers stopped to pull me out thank goodness didn't damage the countertops!

Says they install everything they sell. Then comes back and says they won't install certain product they sell because of risk. Why are you recommending and selling it then?

We found the salesperson who assisted us to be very helpful and friendly. He wasn't overbearing, either, which I really appreciate. We found a floor that meets our needs and we plan on purchasing from here!
