I have not used any of their services. I stopped in to purchase a gift card. The young lady that helped me was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The reception area was clean.

Don’t recommend Massage Envy. Unprofessional business tactics to make money. Pretty bad when your own massage therapists call you out for the way you conduct business. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off.

Extremely unprofessional establishment with unprofessional message therapists! When I come to an establishment for MY personal relaxation and where I am paying with MY hard earned money, I am not there to play therapist or play as some type of trash dump where you can vent and displace negative energy into. I don't care about your personal life, your political beliefs, sexual proclivities, dislike of certain clients and their bodies, nor do I care about how you hate the owner or people you work with....NOR do I want to hear about your plans on starting your own practice and plans on sabotaging your current place of employment by taking half the staff and clients with you (Neal). A little conversation is fine but when a therapist can't read the room and stop talking long enough to where you can relax, there is a problem....especially when I am paying good money for a 120 minute massage. Honestly, this place needs to clean house because based on my experience and the reviews for this location, this particular franchise will be lucky to still be around within the next year.

I used to love going here but the prices are just too much now. I've been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months now!!! They can't seem to figure that out so apparently my last option is to change my debit card & bank account number!!! There's only a couple of therapists I even like & my #1 is leaving! I'll be following her. DON'T start a contract here!! It's just not worth it!!

I had my massage scheduled for two weeks, paid for a sitter, drove all the way from Fountaintown (30 minutes to Greenwood), and once I arrived the front desk lady stated that she "called and texted" to inform me that my massage had to be canceled due to the massage therapist calling in sick. I informed her that I never received either, or an email, and that the mobile ap even showed the appointment still being on. She also showed me the phone number she called, and I informed her that it was not, nor ever has been, my phone number. I have had the same number since I've been married, for almost 10 years. She also showed me an address that they had for me, which was also not mine. She had a very rude and demeaning tone, and came across very snarky, and not apologetic at all. I will never return to this location. It completely ruined my afternoon to myself that I had planned. The canceled appointment is one thing, but the unapologetic and snarky rep just added to the disappointment. Especially when you're a working mom who has to strategically plan how, & when, you can make things work to do them. So disheartening.

HORRIBLE Customer Service from Front Desk to Management to website. I had booked a hot stone massage on the website and received a confirmation email stating “custom massage”, assuming that’s what a hot stone massage was called. When I arrived for my appointment the woman at the desk checked me in and informed me that they don’t have someone there for hot stone. I told her that’s not what I wanted. It was MY fault because I booked it wrong. Her response was I either pay cancellation fee or pay for the 90 minute massage- No other options. No reschedule for something different….even within that 90 minute that was reserved. That’s it. That’s their “policy”. What kind of customer service is that? This company isn’t about making a customer happy. This company is all about taking money your money. Who would ever sign up for a membership when they treat people like this who aren’t members.

Had a tremendous experience during my massage here. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff and a very pleasant, clean atmosphere. Went it with a lot of pain, left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I of Course I didn't read the reviews before booking an appointment. After booking it I decided to see what the local clients thought. I am from 9 hours away and was in town for the night so I booked myself what I had hoped to be a great massage. JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS ON HERE, I GET A CALL 1 hour before my appointment that the therapist cannot perform my message because they have to go home. I GET IT things happen but I am let down and the only KEY FACTOR to this is that it is TYPICAL & NORMAL BEHAVIORS OF THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Likely story that they cannot Function tonight but THIS LOCATION NEEDS A NEW MANAGER AND NEW STAFF CLEARLY! Especially if this same scenario is going on 9 months in a row! So do not book or visit this location! The girl who called also did not care to reschedule me

Can't ever get an appointment and it's canceled when I finally do. Been trying to cancel membership because I can't get an appointment and have to jump through 10 different hoops for them to stop charging my card $70/month.

Made an appointment to get a massage before my wedding with Rachel. Got to the spa for the appointment and was told that they tried to message me the day prior to cancel because Rachel was sick. The only message I got was to confirm the appointment. This was my first massage and I drove from 45 minutes away and it was extremely disappointing. Hoping that I can still get in somewhere before my wedding but not sure if I will have time. Would recommend looking other places
