The store had an excellent number of choices to pick from. Even better…Jenna, our sales person did a terrific job of explaining each of the options, she’s very knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the Mattress Firm.

Phil was the gentleman that helped us today. He was very friendly and professional. We told him our concerns with our current mattress and what we were looking for and he was very informative with everything. The mattress we picked out, we fell in love with. All in all we were happy with Phil and our mattress we purchased. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Definitely preferred this location over the other Greenwood location. Jenna and Brittin were extremely helpful and very patient with us as we spent a very long time debating. They were not pushy salesman like all other mattress stores we had been to. They gave us our space and time when needed but were extremely helpful and willing to answer all questions we had. Definitely recommend this location and these ladies!

Britin my salesperson was the most knowledgeable person I spoke with at all the stores I went to. The service was excellent and the product, an adjustable bed frame and quality mattress, though expensive, will serve my needs well following surgery and beyond.
