I felt awful yesterday! I was able to get an appointment within an hour of getting online. The staff were attentive to me from check in to check out. I felt listened to, and I really feel like they went above and beyond.

Not only was I misdiagnosed and given meds that could worsen my actual diagnosis, someone on staff was singing a song from SpongeBob “I wanna go home”, then decided to pull the episode up and play it loudly while laughing. I wish I could say this was a joke because it sounds ridiculous but it was annoying considering there were crying coughing kids and myself who was in pain and nauseous.

Have been to this Medcheck a handful of times in the last year and everyone I interact with from the front desk to Doctor is so helpful, honest, welcoming and professional. Thank you staff for being so helpful in an otherwise stressful situation!

I love coming into metcheck because they get me and my kids soon as possible. Always address our concerns and we leave comfortable knowing we have been taken care of and given the right diagnosis.

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Brought my 16m old in for what I suspected to be an ear infection. She was seen fairly quickly and the NP (heather) was awesome and so positive and uplifting with my daughter. The receptionist Sharon was also phenomenal. Super friendly and positive staff which helps when you’re an exhausted parent with a fussy baby. Thank you for your help!

Check in was great, the receptionist was very kind and professional. All of the nurses were fantastic. Abby took time with me, listened to my questions/concerns, and answered all questions. She was great.

I am not happy that you closed the one in Speedway. It is not convenient for my family and I to have to travel so far for urgent care
