If I could leave a 0 star I would. I usually wait in line for anywhere between 10-30 minutes every time I go here. Tonight was no exception. Then I go to pay…one card hadn’t been activated & one card needed to use the tap part of the debit card. So both cards had issues going through. They said they couldn’t except cash because they had already pulled the drawers. I asked if I could quickly activate my card & use it. She said well um it is 8:13 & we are closed, we are actually already doing you a favor by trying to help you, then you gave us two cards that declined. You will have to come back tomorrow. Her words & tone was so rude & sarcastic. I never leave reviews, but I’ve also never been spoken to like that. That woman needs to either find a new job or needs more training on how to speak to others.

This pharmacy is okay, but sometimes they only fill half your prescription which isn’t always a big deal just an inconvenience… BUT the drive thru is RIDICULOUSLY slow…. Like if you have somewhere to be, or are in a hurry to get your meds for whatever reason… absolutely DO NOT even TRY to attempt to go through the drive thru!!!!!!! And it’s not just every now and then, it’s everyyyy singleeee time I go to pick up meds!

Half of them don't know their jobs, the other half are just lazy and don't want to do them. I've lost count of how many times I've received a call that a pres is ready, just to arrive and they claim they don't have anything on file or whatever excuse. Currently waiting on a prescription that was called in the other day, the person on the other line claims it wouldn't be ready until the Thursday after Christmas. Because that makes sense. Called back yesterday, person claims they have no idea why that would have even been said and that it would for sure be ready today. Call today, WHAT DO YOU KNOW, won't be ready until tomorrow. Find a new pharmacy if you value your health. This absolute rat hole is going to end up killing someone with their God awful service.

I called a verify a product was in stock in the pharmacy. I was told I had to make an appointment. There were few appointments available. I moved my entire schedule around to be here for the appointment. They didn’t notify me the product never came in. That wasn’t fun. What really frustrated me was that the Pharmacy staff lied to me about attempting to notify me. They have every contact information possible for me. I routinely receive messages from the pharmacy. They did not try to contact me.

This has got to be the worst store and pharmacy ever. I was promised that my medication would be in today and it wasn't They had my prescription since Friday morning and I went to pick it up Friday afternoon and it wasn't ready. They promised it Saturday and it wasn't ready they said they were out of it and come back Monday after 2 pm. I go in and they still didn't have it, said come back Tuesday I need this medication for my heart. I'm going some where else from now on.

I’ve had very mix experiences at this location. Typically I find the most of experiences with the staff are pleasant and they are helpful.I’ve had some really odd experiences as well. The one that stands out to me is distributing my prescription that is a controlled substance to someone that I do not know or am affiliated with. They check IDs for controlled medications, I do NOT understand how this occurs or happened. It was my problem to deal with though despite it being the technician who did not dispense the medication to the right person. I was also informed I will of course will not be getting “my” refill until tapes are reviewed and report filed. While they fixed the problem quickly it left me feeling concerned as well as my personal information handed out to whoever they decided to destitute my prescription to.I’ve also requested 5-10 times they run a medication as brand name VS generic as my insurance covers it. This rarely occurs despite calling monthlyto remind them.I understand health care workers are overwhelmed and under staffed, but there is a certain amount of frustration that occurs when said incidents above happen, especially when you work night shift. All in all just a average to sub par experience

I use this pharmacy for all my meds. There is a certain medication I take that one brand of generic is literally 4-5 times the size of another brand. I’ve been on this med for almost 3 years and still have to tell them to get the correct brand, if I don’t, even though they say it’s noted in my account, they give me the larger pill that I can barely get or keep down. They simply don’t care I guess.

Like all Meijers the prices are high and it seems like they're out of a quarter of their stock. It's like we're still in the midst of the pandemic with whole shelves just empty. Maybe if they lowered their prices they could sell enough to afford inventory.

My daughter needed a prescription and every pharmacy was sold out and I was on hold with CVS for an hour. Meijer answered their phone immediately and stated they had it and the staff there went above and beyond in a time crunch to get the script and filled right before they closed. Thank you!!

This was the most unacceptable experience i’ve ever had. The pharmacy tech was extremely unprofessional and then she told me to come back in an hour. I came back TWO HOURS later and they said “another 30 minutes”. Then i got text notifications 30 minutes later saying that they were suddenly out of stock…they couldn’t have told me that an hour and a half ago, when i could have transferred it to another pharmacy? I know the pharmacy is busy and i don’t mind waiting; what i mind is that they are not respectful of my time and medical issues. I now cannot pick up vital prescriptions I got prescribed today because I work and don’t get off until the pharmacy is closed, and they made me believe it would get finished in a specific amount of time when they hadn’t even started it. Ridiculous. Thanks for nothing.

Long wait to get scripts. When showed Good RX for THEIR there was a huge sigh from the person helping us. And surprise the Good RX card didn't work there for some reason (never had that happen ANYWHERE before). Won't be going there again.

Pharmacist Tracy Eder was the worst pharmacist I’ve encountered. I was getting my covid vaccine and there was a mix up with my insurance billing, she was raising her voice infront of other customers who also told me they felt bad for me.

I really hate giving bad reviews, but in this instance I feel compelled to do so so that someone looking for a new pharmacy who needs medications that could mean life or death knows that this may not be the place to go. I have had issues from day one with getting prescriptions for Chron's. Last week I had the pharmacist contact ME to ask ME to call my doctor because THEY have questions about dosages and quantities prescribed! I have never had a pharmacist who questioned a prescription from the doctor put the responsibility on my shoulders to call the doctor for clarification! I am not the professional, so they are relying on a layperson to be the "messenger" between the doctor and the pharmacist to make sure I get the correct meds, dosage, quantity, etc...They NEVER have the right quantity of anything I need, and I'm not on any kind of "uncommon" medications. No controlled substances. All three of my scripts are routinely prescribed for the conditions I have. my insurance will not allow a refill more than 7 days prior, so whenever I send the request for a refill, I always get a notification saying "We do not have the correct quantity in stock." and they do a partial refill, meaning I have to go back to the pharmacy 5 or 6 days after I pick up the partial quantity to get the rest of the prescription.I have given them every opportunity to "do better" but after this latest problem, I will be transferring all my business to a new pharmacy.
