This Menards is so well run. The store is always well stocked and clean, and the employees are helpful and friendly. I was in this evening around 7PM and Kenny the store manager was in the bathroom giving it a light cleaning. Amazing! I've talked to him before and he's always super helpful and pleasant to do business with.

Ended up grabbing less material than I paid for. Called customer service and got the wonderful experience of meeting Kenny, a front-end manager. He talked to the security guard for me and even rewatched the security tapes to make sure I got what I paid for. Best customer service around!

Don't buy appliances from these guys they are trash if you have a warranty but you don't keep your receipt ( who does ) they can't look it up and won't do anything to help you the worst customer service I have ever had you have been warned. I will never shop here again for anything.
