Most things are a little overpriced, but you can find good sales. The sales staff are normally very friendly here.

Loved my experience purchasing a suit for a wedding. Jackson was knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly throughout the entire process. The tailoring was perfect as well!

It was one of the worst experiences I ever had! The staff is super unprofessional. For example, I asked one staff member how long they could have my suit, and they said two weeks. They asked, and they said they could do it that day. Another issue was my first time buying a suit, and I needed help, but the owner and the Seamstresses that worked there didn't take the measurements for my waist, and it fit horribly! The owner then hovers over the staff, and I can't even speak to one associated before they are rushed off to talk to another customer. This caused issues because I picked out a suit that I wanted to buy and one staff member put it on the table, and then another staff picked it up and put it back before I could make a purchase.

I hardly ever review anything but thought I should due to the service we had.I was buying suits with my groomsmen for my wedding(6 of us), no one helped us when we came in. So, we asked for a specific suit color and they pointed us over to a rack. We started looking for our own suits and eventually asked for help, and they never sent anyone to help us and only occasionally came over. Every time one of the employees mentioned getting help for us, none of the other employees seemed to want to help. It felt like we were unwanted the whole time. We baught our suits(over $1500 in total btw) but I will most likely not be coming back to mens wearhouse.

We had a wonderful experience with Jill and James. I am starting a new job and needed a few nice suits. They both put in the time and effort to make sure everything fit well and looked great! We will definitely be back! Thanks for being so accommodating and professional!

Had an amazing experience at the Greenwood location. The store manager, Nick, helped solve an issue that was created by a prior employee and saved our wedding. We really appreciate his help, as well as his new assistant, Gabi. They are an amazing team, and you can't afford to lose them.

READ BEFORE YOU APPLY!!!I worked at men’s wearhouse for 1.5 years and my experience was terrible. The current store manager will talk about you behind your back and talk about his other associates as well. He also shared private information with me about numerous associates that I should not have been told. He would tell me one thing and say a completely different story to another manager. He very much liked the drama and it got to the point I was so stressed coming into work every single day. If you plan on quitting make sure you use all of your floating holidays and vacation time and sick time because you will be told that you will be paid out in your remaining balance however that will be a lie. Be careful who you trust if you work there because I put my 2 week notice in on a Tuesday. The manager brought his feelings into the situation and said he needed to leave before he has a mental break down. On that following Thursday I was unexpectedly let go because my replacement was already hired. The replacement was a girl he constantly made fun of and trash talked and then he accepted her back with open arms. The manager would also tell me to do unethical things involving customers. For example they would have me pick orders and if we had the same product but not the right size he would still tell me to send the wrong size so the store would make money for that order. He would constantly belittle customers and call people stupid after they left the store. If you are a lead or higher I hope you can get out of there asap or you will be asked to do way more than how much you get paid. ALSO, really be careful who you trust because I worked there for over a year with another coworker who had been there as long as me and we received no raise however a guy was hired in my same position and received significantly more pay per hour. That was my last straw. And be careful because there is a lady at the greenwood location that will call HR on you for every little thing however the SM won’t take any accusation seriously.

Couldn’t really focus on my shopping or even get help really as the store employees were way too chaotic & immature for this work environment. I wasn’t greeted, never asked if I needed help, the large man that I believe his name was Nick I heard him get called; was the store manager and he couldn’t help himself to talking very unkindly about coworkers to the female managerjewel who also wasn’t an ideal worker either. Get these people under control. That was stupid & they need to grow up, I won’t be returning to shop as long as both remain in store.

I find it very interesting that the store is led by someone who doesn’t appear to know how to operate the business nor the customers. The service was nothing close to great. The XL man with glasses was not listening to our needs and would rather show us something that he would wear. He wasn’t kind, he wasn’t professional and he wasn’t getting my business. The pride he has should be taken down a bit to what it actually is. Lastly I do not recommend this store due to store manager and he terrible work ethics. I’ll just go Louise tux shop where they stick to our needs not their own personal issues.

My partner Oliver and I visited this location on 3/17/24 and received PHENOMENAL service. Our sales associate, James, fitted Oliver for some new suits and helped us order additional sizes to be delivered to our home. Another sales associate, Jill, hemmed one of the new pairs of slacks while we were there. It took her less than fifteen minutes, and she went above and beyond by pressing the suits we purchased that day.We were very impressed by the incredible customer service and overall shopping experience at this store. We look forward to our next visit!

Anthony was a BIG help! So knowledgeable about everything available! We weren't rushed or pressured into buying anything. We left SAVING money! So blessed to be helped by Anthony! We'll be back for future needs and we'll recommend this location to others as well.
