Old Navy in Greenwood, IN offers fashion for the whole family, including maternity wear and clothing for women, men, and kids. It features an amazing selection and very affordable prices, with really good clearance prices. The store can have a lot of stuff that is not well defined, and some sections can be a bit messy. Customer service is extremely helpful, with employees willing to assist in finding items. A noted inconvenience is that the store follows mall hours, not traditional standalone store hours. Overall, customers like the products and would return.

The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient; there was a long line, but it moved quickly. I’d like to give a special thanks to Alax, who was my cashier; she had me smiling and laughing within a minute and really elevated my experience.
