Show up and it's over in an hour. The coaches make it entertaining and time goes fast. You'll get out what you put in and usually a little extra.

I like the variety of workouts. I enjoy how you can push yourself while also maintaining your pace. The coaches are encouraging and the staff is very welcoming!

I absolutely loved my workout at Orange Theory! Very welcoming staff. Equipment is clean and very user friendly. Coach Amy checked in often and motivated me throughout. Haven’t enjoyed a workout like that in a long time.

OTFG is my happy place! I'm constantly being inspired and motivated by the other members and coaches and the front desk staff are always helpful too. I love the upbeat music and the varied workouts and how there's always some new challenge to work toward. Joining nine months ago was one of the best decisions I've ever made. No matter what is happening at work or in my personal life, I leave the studio feeling like a better version of myself. Thank you, Orangetheory, for giving me More Life!

I have done many exercise programs over my fitness journey & while many of them are great I have stuck with orange theory for many years & I have never been bored with it. While all the other programs I have done are cheaper, in terms of money, I feel orange theory is top quality & more than worth the money. I love being surrounded by like minded people who love fitness. I love that I am not, by far, the fastest or strongest person, but we all support each other wherever we are. I feel like the coaches , staff, & members care about me as a person & we all encourage each other.

I love OTF Greenwood! I’ve been to others studios and Greenwood has the most motivating coaches. The front staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I always leave feeling I’ve really accomplished something. This is a great workout for all ages and fitness levels.

Joined about 6 months ago and been loving my experience here! I’m the kind of person that struggles if workouts start to feel boring or repetitive, but this works for me because I don’t have to rely on making a workout plan myself but the workout still changes every time I go in. The studio will mix things up and have fun events to keep things interesting. The staff and other members are super friendly, it’s a very welcoming environment.

I absolutely love this gym’s atmosphere, and being able to show up for a workout and not having to plan it! I have been a member since November 2022 and seen a huge improvement in my physical health! 100% recommend trying this gym the first class is free!

Just started working out here about 6 weeks ago. It’s been going great so far & I love all the coaches and feel comfortable. The facility is always clean & the staff are super helpful.

I have only went to 3 classes but so far I am loving it! It is a great workout and I feel so accomplished when I leave. Looking forward to many more classes! The staff is so welcoming and I feel right at home.
