They left the metal detector on my clothes. They ran behind a door and closed it when I tried to get their attention to get it off. This is greatly inconvenient to me. I hate them for not doing their job then closing the door on me as if I'm not a valued customer that just spent money at the store. I have ink all over my hat and hands from trying to get the sensor off.

if i could give zero stars i would, but since that isn’t an option 1 star it is. i went to this store to get some new clothes for the winter season, and came out with nothing because of how extremely disrespected i was in the store. The manager created a huge scene in the store while i was there and started yelling very aggressively across the entire store. i felt very unsafe and uneasy over this because i have been diagnosed with severe anxiety so situations like these can cause me to go into a panic attack, which should never be something i have to worry about going into a pacsun. i will not be going back here because of this and i am very upset about the way he was treating people in that store, because i do very much so like there clothes, so the fact that i had to leave because of this and no longer feel comfortable going in is extremely unacceptable behavior. he completely disrespected a young girl and verbally assaulted this teenager very aggressive in front of the whole store.

i would not recommend shopping pacsun online.I have been attempting to contact them for 3 weeks about a lost package (that i paid expedited shipping for.) They say that have 24/7 online chat, they do NOT.They repeatedly kept sending me the same tracking number from fedex, although there was never any tracking info, because fedex never received the package from Pacsub. Now 3 weeks later I get an email reply stating that the shirt is now out of stock, and that they were refunding the money. I would compare the whole interaction to shopping from a sketchy website from a foreign country.

The store never opens on time, I always have to wait for their slow workers to open. Right now i’ve been waiting for 16 minutes. How hard is it to open a store??!??

i would give no stars , they’re so rude , and refused to match an online price because “we don’t do that here” but it says ON THE RECEIPT that pacsun has a price match policy so i should’ve gotten mine ... absolutely done shopping here :)

My daughter and I walked into PacSun around 7 p.m. tonight. After shopping for a while we got in line for the dressing room and after waiting in line for ten minutes or more, one of the girls informed us that she was closing the dressing rooms so that she could clean "her" store and that we wouldn't be able to try on the clothes. I asked her what we were supposed to do since we wouldn't be buying anything without trying it on and she simply said I don't know, I guess you can leave it all here with me. I then asked why she would allow us to waste ten minutes in line if she wasn't going to "allow" us to use the dressing room and she informed me she had been too busy cleaning "her" store (although she was spending quite a bit of type chatting it up with her coworker). The store closes at 9 p.m. and in my experience is after closing is when you finish cleaning up any store. It is lousy customer service and management to randomly close the dressing rooms, waste your customer's time, use an extremely passive-aggressive form of communication with customers and lose your company a couple/few hundred dollars in a single sale because you, as a manager or employee, want to get out of the store as close to nine as possible. We'll give our money to a more customer friendly business as we prepare for our upcoming vacation and all other occasions in which we would normally (and frequently) shop PacSun Greenwood. We'll also be sure to share our customer experience with all of our family and friends.

Store looks like it's kind of going out of business. Tried to get help from an associate a pointed over in a general area instead of taking us $2 item... We still have trouble finding it... So we went back to ask then it went over there actually wasn't in that place another total different spot at the store

Now, I love their jeans but the stitching started coming undone at the patch part after about 7 months. But I do still recommend them!
