I walked into the store and was immediately greeted and welcomed. I was looking for a ring for my daughter and the sales person was so kind and helpful. She took the time to show me the most wanted pieces and she helped me find the right size. I will definitely be back!

Overpriced costume jewelry at jewelry store pricing. Plus, I’ve never been in there and had a positive experience. Their manager is so rude to her employees, she makes me want to quit and I don’t even work there.

I’m not super comfortable in public, let alone at the Greenwood mall. No worries, you can shop for in-store pick up. In, out, no issues right?? WRONG! I was told I had to wait in the line of 35 customers out the door waiting to shop, with only 4 people working, just to PICK UP my order. If I wanted to hang out in the mall, I wouldn’t have placed an online order. If you’re not ready for customers who have pick up orders, do not send them emails and say that their order is ready. Everyone in that line is waiting to enter the store, browse to see what’s there, and shop. I’ve already done all of that… I don’t want to stand in line to pretend as if I’m doing it again

Walked in, and found four women working behind the counters, and one woman standing at the back of the store behind the back counter. There was only one other customer in the store, and I took a full loop around the store, stood at the counter, and got ignored. I finally asked the woman at the back counter for the manager, and it turned out to be the store manager, who was both ignoring me, and ignoring the three employees who were also ignoring me. I already don’t like shopping at this place because the jewelry really isn’t up to par with the other Mager jewelers right there in the same corridor. This service was pathetic, and the store manager Mona was watching. She didn’t even seem to understand why it was not OK. I didn’t have a problem getting better service at every other jewelry store at the center of the mall.

100% disgusted me and my black husband, ready to spend 1-2 k in this storeThere was one lady helping someone,And we had been waiting about 5 mins then 2 ladies walk in and someone came out the back and walked right up to them to help em, and we had been waiting, jist mad me sad

My four stars is going to a young lady named Lindsay. Not only does she have great customer service she was also VERY helpful had she not come from the back of the store to help me I would not have met her I started to walk out and leave due to the young lady who was already there she was not helpful and did not ask if I needed anything with that being said THANK YOU Lindsay.

Im always recived with a smile and Natalie was the best so sad she is not there no more but yes i have 4 full pandora charm bracelets so i dont get the one star review but in my case they are wonderful !

I hope management reads this bc it's a testimonial to ur associate Mona. Today I went in with low expectations bc I originally purchased online, wrong size etc, online shopping troubles. I had a lot of questions, especially for a Monday morning first customer in the door and Mona not only answered them but completely saved my wife's Christmas present. We spend over a month in NICU and I just wanted to get something personalized to appreciate my wife and Mona made it so easy/painless. I work commission and have for 5 years and I didn't hear a word or tone of upsale. Surprising for a jewelry store. I can't put into words how much she saved my butt this Christmas. I will no longer be shopping online I would strongly recommend going in-store as I will be in the future. Hopefully her manager reads this. Thank u thank u and thank u again from a future customer
