Most pathetic service I have ever had! Rude employee, rude manager. I will never use Pizza Hut again! They were notcpable of deliring my pizza and were not able to contact me... so they said!

We just ordered one large pepperoni and one large meatlovers and the only way they could have been worse was if the toppings were on the cardboard box! Easily the poorest excuse for a pizza we've had in 10 years...unless you like cold, hard pizza with literally NO sauce.

There are a lot of Pizza Hut locations around Greenwood, but the one on Smith Valley has the best customer service of any of them, hands down. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly, professional and attentive. They have never messed up my order like the other locations have.

The manager is awesome. She always remembers my name and say hi to me before I hit the counter to give my name. Never had a wrong order. Always good and the way I ordered.

Love this location. The manager is awesome. Every time I walk in she remembers my name and says "Hi". I am bad with names but I love seeing her every time I walk in. She is the best. Order always right .
