Rack Room Shoes offers a wide variety of name brand shoes and accessories, including jibbits for crocs and socks. Customers appreciate the frequent BOGO sales and find the deals attractive. The store is clean but can feel cramped and often appears busy, as if restocking is ongoing. Despite being understaffed, employees provide helpful service, although they may be mostly young and inexperienced. Overall, shoppers enjoy the professional service and quick checkout experience, making it a popular choice for footwear needs.
