This Dealership has got probably the least competent service department I have ever seen. They will hold on to your car without giving you any notice or any rental and tell you to walk home. When you try to find out how long it's going to take they can't even give you an estimate because of "how backed up they are". Why would a "professional" company make an appointment just to hold on your car and screw you out of work. STAY AWAY.

I'm leasing a car though them and I have had nothing but problems out of this company. The service is rude and they don't even try to help. I'm not gonna have my car for a minute and they can't even give me a car to get to work. I'm paying on something I don't even get to drive. Worst place to get a car. I also have had family and friends that have had nothing but problems with this place with their cars. Don't buy your car here. If I could give this place one star I would. Don't come here

Went in for oil change...seemed simple enough right? When other folks in waiting room came and went I asked cs what was going on after one and half hour wait and the scramble began. After several phone call, a visit to shop my car finally arrived. No explanation, no offered regrets and $100 later I'm out for last time

I made my first big car purchase from Ray Skillman, and has been my biggest financial mistake. Their Sales team will push cars they want on you rather than what you are asking for. They run your credit through the worst financing options available. Then pressure you to insure through their agency to avoid any relapse that could cause issues. Along with scaring you into purchasing a $5,000 warranty that will result in them having your vehicle for 6 days just to tell you its not a covered issue. So then you have to prove to them and fight with them. I have made many other major purchases since this one and none of them are as painful as dealing with this business. They do not value their customers nor do they treat you like a person once they have your money. You will not be talked to with respect, you will not have your questions answered. It is all around a cesspool of crooks.

their service is unsatisfactory and will try to rip you off in every way they can. I paid $2000+ for a repair which they couldn't fix and tried to charge me more on things they couldnt diagnosed. every ford dealership I've been to has been exceptionally good except this one. it's embarrassing! they're not honest about their skill!

Been buying vehicles here for years. From sales to service, we have always had a decent experience. The sales staff has never put pressure on us to buy a certain vehicle or unnecessary add-ons. We love the 100k bumper to bumper warranty. The service department has always been friendly and responsive. The fresh remodel of the facility added a lot more space and improved flow.We will continue to buy vehicles from Ray!

If you are looking for shitty customer service and having your time wasted, this is the place! I wouldn't have given them even one star but I can't post this with zero.I made an appointment with this dealership to bring my brand new car in because the engine light came on. Ive had this appointment scheduled for at least a week. I came in and dropped my car off a few minutes before my scheduled appointment at 11am and told them I needed it to be done no later than 2pm. That gave them 3 hours! I sat in the customer waiting area patiently waiting and watching customer after customer come in to sit and wait and then leave. 1:50 rolled around and I still hadn't heard anything about my car so I asked the service rep what the status was. After trying to push me off onto another service rep, who wasn't even at the desk, she finally gave in and called the mechanics about my car. Turns out they hadn't even TOUCHED my car yet... 3 hours of my day wasted.. The service rep didn't even apologize, just kept telling me it's Friday and they're busy and probably won't be able to get my car in today. Then WHAT THE FUCK was the point in making an appointment? How many of those customers I saw walk in and out didn't have an appointment when they came in?? Is this the shitty service I paid for when I bought my brand new car?? They've lost my business. I'd rather drive to a dealership farther away than deal with them.Do yourself a favor and never set foot in this dealership...

Our car wouldn't start one morning so when we got it going we rove straight to Ray Skillman Hyundai service. We were able to drop off the car without an appointment and we're assured we would hear back in a day or so. We appreciated their ability to take the car despite shortages of people working due to sickness. We heard back in a few days about the issues and were able to determine what we would have done immediately and what could wait.The only issue we did have is that when we brought in the car previously for routine service and oil change no one inspected the car, even though we were given a sheet claiming it had been inspected. So our issues stemmed from not being 'on top' of how much the brake pads needed changing or the spark plugs were overdue for a change. This is a bit disconcerting as we thought we were on top of things.We also had initially requested an oil change but then called multiple times (prior to start of service) to take that service off as we were doing too many other adjustments. When we went to pick up the car they had done an oil change and couldn't take off the cost despite being told about our calls. We did call on the following business day and were told they would remove the cost, but just a note that it is better to be very clear at the onset what you want done (inspection, services) so there isn't confusion.It is a good service and all of the people are very friendly, but our faith is a bit shaken. The prices though are reasonable for other spots for the same type of service, so that is part of why we continue to return.Definitely worth checking out, but make sure communication is clear!

All I can say, I was not the nicest person at Skillman Ford. Due to covid my vehicle was down for 6 mo withparts on backorder. Like anyone I wasangry, actually I was a jerk. Eric the Service Manager and his crew, were nothing but professional, nice and accommodating. They rolled with all the punches I had, and some. The lesson learned that these guys are paying the price for Covid Government shutdowns. 6mo later, they earnedmy absolute respect. I will take any vehicle to them anytime. I apologize for my behavior, and honestly am embarrassed. Anyone looking for a review? These guys are the real deal.They will bend over backwards for their customers no matter what. Mr Skillman should be proud. Thank you guys, once again I apologize. SteveG
