Randy and Austin were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I had other Miele products (dishwasher, a smaller vacuum, and a washing machine) so I read about their larger Miele vacuums on their website and bought a C3 level vacuum. As they say, the suction is much better than uprights, the HEPA filter, filters out the finer dust from the exhaust, not just the bag. The warranty is 5/10 years. They know what they are talking about. High end yes, but it is cheaper in the end because you don't have problems with them, the warranty is excellent, and the machine itself will last a very long time.

Please note that this is not an authorized Singer warranty or repair location. They disassembled my Singer machine, were unable to reassemble it, and returned it to me in pieces. To their credit, they did return my money. They also contract out the repair work and do not take responsibility for what the repair shop does. If you have an issue, they will not advocate for you, but will give you the shop contact information and leave you to fend for yourself. The whole experience left me completely furious.

Dropped my machine off at Quilt Quarters to be serviced, didn't know that I could've dropped it off here. The machine was dropped off here after 3 weeks, no phone call that it was there, I just called this morning and was told it was there. When I picked it up, I asked why they had it for a week and didn't call. The guy stared at me and said they were too busy.

Fast and friendly service. I had my Bissell carpet cleaner belt replaced here and the gentleman did not charge me anything for the labor!

Years ago, I bought a bagless vacuum cleaner from a big box store and it quit working after a few years. I decided to buy a cleaner with HEPA bags from this local, family-owned business. It worked great until a few weeks ago, shortly after I got it caught on some loose carpet. This particular model came with free annual tuneup and cleanings. I neglected to do this. I took it in, thinking it would take several days. The gentleman fixed a clog while I waited and replaced a belt. He also showed me how to replace a belt. He was very kind and helpful!I'm glad the repair did not take long. I'll take advantage of the annual checkups in the future! I also go here to buy replacement bags. I want to support this local business.

My Dyson vacuum had a clog in the hose that I wasn't able to remove. I stopped by Sewing & Vacuum Authority to see if they could help get it working again. Randy & Austin took care of it on the spot and quickly located the clog (small plastic piece from a toy). I will be back for any future vacuum needs!

I had 2 broken vacuums I brought in for repairs and within 2 minutes he had them both running like new. Extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Anything I ever need for a vacuum, this will be my first stop. Definitely recommend and will be letting all my friends and family know about this place!!

Took my sewing machine in for repair.I got it back in reasonable time. But. It still isn't fixed..same issues I took it in for..called & explained problems to technician & man at the store.I was charged $144.00 for nothing.Poor customer service.

I used to go to this place before it turned over to new management. I never had any issues before now. I turned my vacuum in recently to be serviced. I was told it would take a week. When I checked on it a week later because I hadn't heard from them, they said it was still sitting there. Even though I initially told the guy that I was in no real hurry I guess they took that literally. I called another vacuum repair shop, and they were able to accommodate me and gave me a two day turnaround. When I initially went into the shop, the man at the counter wasn't very personable. And when another customer came in to look at sewing machines, he pretty much prioritized her and basically blew me off because I wanted to look at some sewing machines as well. I think he could tell that she was in the market to spend more money so that's why he paid attention to her more than me. I was technically there first before that lady walked in so I should've gotten the priority service and attention. Anyway, when I went back to pick up my machine he was no more thrilled to see me than he was when I first saw him. I found out that the other repair shop charges considerably less for their service. I guess it's a no brainer and a win for me in the end.

Sarah was so very helpful and very knowledgeable! I figured it was a simple fix but didn't know how to fix. She knew right away and also showed me a feature on my machine I was unaware of that I will use all the time.

I took my Janome sewing machine in today for a repair and cannot be happier with the service I received from Randy. I am a new quilter, and this is my first good machine, so I wasn’t sure why it was giving me trouble. I didn’t make an appointment, I just dropped in. Randy started working on my machine right away and explained what he was doing. My daughter and I had a great time chatting with him and looking around the shop. Before long, he had my Janome working perfectly! I won’t go anywhere else for my sewing machines in the future!

The guys serviced my older Bernina perfectly. Time required was very reasonable. Returned for a few things. Very friendly service and easy transaction. Highly recommend for sewing machines and vacuum service.
