I went in for a gel manicure with 4 other people. The gentleman who helped me quickly did the manicure. It was their cat eye gel. I asked for a green purple shift. Showed him the color I wanted that was displayed, and after he was done he showed me the color… It was completely wrong, it was a copper color. At first not a big deal, I’ll live. Then to be told that I had a $20 up charge that was not told to me I was livid.The woman up front compensated the up charge but I’m not happy about the service

I have gotten pedicures done here several times before. I came in for a pedicure. The girl at the front wouldn’t tell me an amount of time the wait would be, just “3 people ahead of you”. I sat there for an hour and a half with 1 acknowledgment an hour in saying that I was next. 30 minutes later nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I got up and walked out and not a single word. I understand waiting. But I have never experienced this. Will not go back.

I have had two less than impressive appointments here but the last one was with a man that couldn't speak English at all, which is fine, but he was acting like he understood everything I said. He would then ignore what I had said and do something else. The entire appointment I had to remind him to do something with hand gestures. He painted my nails and then literally put his hand on the wet paint and when I told him it needs to be redone because multiple nails are all smudged, he of course didn't understand me and I finally had to find someone else to translate that he smashed the wet paint. He redid it poorly. It was just such a bizarre appointment. Then I was overcharged at the end and he stood there the whole time staring at me write how much I would tip.Services: Nail cut & filing

This is the first time I wasn't happy with service. #8. The tip of my some nails were every light, shaped uneven, and kept she shoving my hands. She committed on my colors. I just don't understand . I will continue to patronize them. This was the first time for bad service.

Do not get your nails done here. I normally go to luxe nails on 86th and never had anything wrong with my toes. Last month I came here for my pedicure, after my pedicure my toes were slightly itching which has never happened to me before but I didn’t think anything I thought I was just having a reaction to the acrylic. Yesterday I went back to my normal nail salon and was informed that I have fungus growing under my toenails

Made a reservation for 5 pedicures. They didn’t have it written down so there were only 4 nail techs available. Our 5th person forfeited getting a pedi so everyone else wouldn’t have to wait. Overall rude and minimal service. Don’t recommend. First sign was an empty salon on a Saturday.

They use the same filthy nail files on everyone. The work station was covered in debris and nail dust. Extremely unhygienic. No big surprise, I ended up with a nail infection. Never again!!! Go elsewhere or insist on clean surfaces and files!!!Services: Nail extensions

Based on some of the reviews I have read, I have held off writing a review until today. I came to 3 nail shop and none of them pleased me but last week, I’m happy that I found this place. Link did my nail and I have to admit she did a wonderful job that I’ve ever since. I’m extremely picky about my brows. They are dark and thick and pretty noticeable but she did a lash tint very nice. I also like the way she took her time to massage my hands and feet. This will be my go-to place every week. Recommend Link for eyebrow and full set.Services: Acrylic nails

I was referred here by my sister and let me just say that I have never in my life had someone do as good on my nails as here. I’ve gone to countless other places and nail techs who charge so much for a single color and don’t even match the specific shape I want, however Ms. LINH did what she had to do and gave me the best set I’ve ever gotten in my life and on top of that she’s the sweetest lady and will always try to accommodate to your needs. I also have ingrowth on my two big toes and she cut it very well. If you’re looking for a new place to get your nails done I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I was skeptical about the reviews with appointments and the wait time. Nope, it is 100%. They accept walk-ins over scheduled times and seem to double book, and I came on Sunday when they had just opened. I waited 25 minutes before leaving. The chemical smells are pretty strong so even though I brought a book; I couldn’t with the smell.
