One of the best shoes stores on the southside. The team is very responsible & up front with their customers. Their sales team isNothing but happy to help, communicative, easy to work with & so trust worthy. I love buying shoes from them & I truly support the business. Please shop there to keep them local !

All I can say is WOW! I Had the most amazing experience here. I WILL NEVER BUY SHOES ANYWHERE Else! We walked in and was instantly greeted and helped to find what we were looking for. The man actually took the time to fit me, he literally put the shoes on my feet and gave me tons of options was patient and not In a rush. The store is so clean and relaxing environment. I really want to give this sales associate a big shout out, but I am very bad at remembering names but he was red headed and cashier# is 046368

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying shoes. The manager Carter was tremendous in helping me find what I was looking for and answered all my questions. This is now my go to store for shoes. I cannot thank Carter and the team enough for all the assistance.

It was a great experience, I didn’t know what I was looking for at the time but once I was greeted and helped by Carter he helped me figure it out. The energy in the store was great and so energetic and happy. Carter told me everything to know about the shoes and it was the best service I’ve ever gotten. I really enjoyed full service that they provide. I will definitely be coming back!

The best shoe store in town, hands down! The team does a phenomenal job taking care of you and fitting you for a proper shoe. Everyone I work with always goes above and beyond to make sure I get an excellent experience. On top of that, their selection of all kinds of shoes is top of the line!!

The wife and I stopped in AFTER buying shoes at another store, Carter and his crew completely stole all of our shoe business for the forseable future. Such a nice surprise to meet a gentleman with such a great attitude and the lost art of customer service. We wanted to return our purchases and buy them from Carter! Great job, we will tell everyone we know to go see Carter at Tradehome shoes

I have had foot problems for years and have always had trouble finding shoes. I came into the store and I have never experienced such great customer service! Carter and Kadon got me the best shoes and I was amazed by how much they knew. I will be back for sure!

Came here for some boots, left with many many comfy hoodie blankets ? Jakeb and Zaq are amazing ?? not only were they incredibly knowledgeable but they were also very friendly and understood the mission (comfy shoes for work). Jakeb is very relatable with his customers and isn't afraid to show his personality in a customer facing position, Zaq is just a precious little professional. Very good experience for me and my kids, will be going back for my shoe and orthotic needs.
