I book the truck to pick up at 9am but when i was there they don't show up until 9:30am Never go back to this location waste of time

It was easy to reserve our truck online. We needed it before business hours and U-Haul’s online reservation system allowed us to make contactless pick-up arrangements to accommodate this. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t provide that service so we had to wait an hour, until they opened, to pick up the vehicle. When we picked it up, it seemed to run fine, but the check engine light was on. The manager said it was fine to drive and did not offer another vehicle. While it did get us to and from our destination, we worried the entire day that something would go wrong. It was a long day too, as we were traveling out of state. The vehicle also had a poor suspension system, which made this long ride quite uncomfortable. It beat us and our cargo up the entire trip. We had to stop for extra tie-down straps to ensure that our cargo was not damaged. All of this being said, the reservation system is easy and the staff was friendly. It’s also in a convenient location.

The staff dealing with the uhaul returns are very Unprofessional, they do not enter returns into the uhaul system on time to get the customers accounts current, they lie to uhaul about what they tell customers. They run up late fees in the customers name with uhaul and act as if that is just something they can do if they choose to. We have had to contact uhaul corporate twice for one rental for the Unprofessional actions made by this return location and had to make complaints about this drop off location as well. Will never use them again nor recomend anyone else use them either.

The online reservation process was fairly quick. The vehicle was ready when needed. We drove it to Plainfield and back to county line road site. We agreed to return it full of gas and it took 11 gallons!!! Clearly they are rigging the fuel gauge. That’s how they are making a profit. No one answers the on-site phone. Will never use again.

Haven't needed to use a u-haul in a while, but recently moved. This place took a bit to pick up a reserved u-haul. It didn't have the correct amount of the pre-ordered blankets inside (we made due without them because we couldn't go back and pick them up with all the moving). The place was great about removing the cost of the extra blankets on our final bill...so not a biggie. We over-estimated on blankets anyway. All in all not bad.

I would like a complete refund. I have called their customer service at least 4 times trying to get the same issue resolved from last week. When I rented my U-Haul the store where i got it from said that an initial hold of $73 would be put on my card until I returned the truck. I returned the truck early and filled the gas tank back up. I was not given a receipt and I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me. I have never received a receipt and I do not know what I was Charged for. U-haul has charged my card 3 different times. The initial hold for $73 was placed on my card the same day I rented the truck. When i returned the truck, I had a charge for about $127 on my card and the $73 charge was gone. About 2 days later I noticed I have an additional hold on my card for $53.50. I called customer service to ask what is this additional charge for since I never got a receipt and I sill don't know what I was charged for. The first rep I talked to said she didnt see the charge but could file a claim and that the credit card department would have 72 hours to resolve the issue. That was last week and the issue is not resolved. I called again and spoke to a different representative who was rude and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another representative at which point I asked to speak with a supervisor. The wait for the supervisor was very long and I had to get off the phone because I am out of town on business. I requested that a supervisor call me back and I never received a return call. At this point I would like a full refund. It appears that U-Haul is boldly making unauthorized transactions on my account and will not address the issue. This is very disappointing as I have used U-hail services before and never had an issue. The fact that it is taking over a week to resolve this issue and I have not received a receipt in over a week seems very shady business. Also I am out of town working and I have had to make time to call at least 4 times and still no resolution. I would really like a full refund and I will avoid Uhaul services in the future so I dont run into this type of problem again that takes an eternity to resolve and that does not seem like UHaul wants to resolve. Also their holding times to speak to an actual person when you call customer service is ridiculous. I am on hold right now and have been holding for 22 minutes and counting. On the phone right now with a rep who says I should call back in 2 hours to speak to a supervisor but I have been calling for about a week. SHe also tells me that UHAUL charged me twice for the same service. SO I have to sit and be inconvenienced because their customer service is bad. People should know what type of experience to expect and to have 2 or 3 times the amount of money that your rental actually costs in case UHAUL decides to double charge you.

Terrible customer service. I've used uhaul more then once over the years I've had family reserve a u haul truck for me out of state and had them get it for me on there card while they were out of state and it's all been in there name. And I have never had trouble going to get any equipment that I've needed until now absolutely ridiculous. My family has even called to inform them that they are renting it for me and still won't let me have the equipment because my name is not on the card... Awful!!!

Not exactly the best in terms of pricing, but will definitely outfit you with everything you need in terms of U-haul equipment. That or if you need to buy a cheap scooter this is the place to go, it's the #1 scooter store in Indy.
