They came to my house and repaired my phone in my driveway! How much easier could it be? Even if you don't have insurance on your android, they have the cheapest repairs than any place I looked. Most places wanted $100 to $200 more! Plus, they specialize in Androids!

Took my husband’s Samsung phone to get fixed. It wasn’t charging, the young lady took it back cleaned it out. Good as new charging as should now. Thanks so much Definitely recommend

Broke my phone screen Sunday night and made an appointment online for Monday morning. Easy!Brittany was amazing. Not only was she happy to greet me, she took the time to be transparent and explain to me upfront before anything that she could not guarantee me the work on my phone could be completed same day. I was ok with that. Fortunately, about 90 minutes later I was informed the repair was done. Needless to say I was beyond thrilled. I would have been ok without my phone for a day, but being notified up front that may not be possible and then being able to get it back much much quicker made for an awesome day. Brittany was also pleasant to talk to. I will defiantly be back should I require a repair and I hope Brittany is there.

I would like to give a Shout Out to Ubreakifix, they took care of my Samsung ZFlip5 which was under Samsung's warranty. They did so with no cost to me & pretty fast as I dropped the phone off on a Monday & got it back the next day. And the Phone was back to Factory Specifications, just like new.Awesome service....!

i live in a very rural area. technician came to my house, took my phone to his work truck and had the phone repaired (broken screen) on my 6 month old S23Ultra in 15 minutes. did not loose any information from my phone what so ever. process was perfect.

Victor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I also appreciate how patient he was with me when attempting to give him directions to my residence. The community I live in is very difficult to navigate and your GPS will take you to a different location. He truly listened to his client and delivered exceptional service. Thank you for all your help Victor, my phone looks brand new and works like a charm now.

Fantastic service! My phone was having trouble charging, then stopped completely. I headed over to uBreakiFix and was greeted promptly where the tech tried cleaning it but to no avail. They had a new charging port in stock and within a few hours, it was ready and works just like new.I must add, the communication from the store about the status of the repair was top notch. I got updates all along the way to when it was ready.If you have any type of electronic issues with your phone, tablet or computer, GO HERE! ?

I made an appointment with this place online after breaking my phone screen. I entered all needed information and was happy with how easy it was to make an appointment. The next day, someone from the store called and asked for all the same information that I had already entered online when making the appointment. Then they said my phone screen was not around at that store and I need to try calling around at their different locations or wait a while for it to come in. I ended up going to a local place instead that ordered the screen for me and they had it delivered the next day.

Asurion is my phone carriers insurance provider and they contract uBreakiFix to fix broken screens and I'm sure other items however I was there because of a demolished phone screen (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra). The work they did is great, it's the service that I found lacking. Now when Asurion sent out a mobile tech he was done in 15 mins, same phone! I dropped my phone off about 1:30/2:00pm on a Wednesday afternoon and was told it would be next day. Well I couldn't get there the next day so i had to get a ride (car was getting fixed) which cost me money and I even called not once but twice to tell them who I was and that I was on my way to pick up my phone. When I arrived come to find out it's not even ready because they were waiting on a callback from me in regards to the screen lock. Well how are you going to call me when you have my phone????! So, after the front desk lady so rudely informed me that it wouldn't be that day but it would be another day because they had to do a bunch of testing for me to literally get home and get an email my phone was ready to be picked up. Therefore I had to pay for another Uber to take me all the way down to Greenwood the next day to get my phone. Lack of communication made for a lousy experience and yes the screen looks great but there is still damage all along the sides of the phone

We had to surrender our phones for estimated 5-6 hours to get their batteries replaced. That's unnerving, and also a challenging length of time considering our circumstances at the time... and that Verizon "scheduled apt time for 10 30" we were blindsided when told it'd be at least 5.30. They did apparently end up having some issue with one of the phones and that one did take longer. Now, perhaps an emergency was needed to be worked in from the time Verizon scheduled our apt, but we weren't told that. If so, I would certainly understand such extenuating circumstance. Last thing I'd say is: the phone which they did Not encounter a problem with was returned to us without Any comment. Upon returning home, I fully charged the new battery, standard procedure, then unplugged and began using phone and was shocked to find the charge dwindle exactly as was doing and was Why we took the phone in, it was 2 years old. I returned to store next day LIVID bc as far as I could tell, No New Battery had been installed. The kind technician, told me they had replaced battery and it was a board issue. And I then spent several minutes explaining that I believed it was far more likely that the battery installed was faulty and they should First, remove new battery and verify. This all took quite a bit of discourse and though the tech was kind and eventually he took my phone and opened settings to battery, pointed out the previous day where was displayed a precipitous drop and said that always is a board issue. I appreciated him showing me, clearly, for then I was able to go back to Verizon to show them what I had been told. SO, ALL THAT TO SAY, I feel Strongly that, after he explained all the Samsung testing they are required to perform and I understood it was a board issue... WHY, didn't they Simply Tell Me when I picked up my phone that despite a new battery, it had a board problem which I would have to have Verizon send me a new phone as phone was under warranty, instead of A. Making me come back next day thinking they were incompetent or deceitful B. Much time energy was wasted bc instead of driving back there and then back to Verizon to then get a new phone scheduled to arrive overnight- I would have HAD the new over-overnighted phone AND already had it set up by the time I had jumped through all the hoops- and Entire Day was wated... and we're briefly in town and needing to head out of state.And all it would've taken was someone there to say upon pick up, Hey, The board is bad, here's Why, tell Verizon, it's under warranty and they'll overnight you a new phone.C. According to Verizon store where I went to explain all this, The Shop has Samsung Authority and could've and should've, gone ahead and provided that service themselves. I don't know what may be all the particulars but it was a Much Unneeded, Brutal, Headache for us.

Took a fold 4 in for simple screen saver replacement and they damaged my screen. Having to send to Samsung for repair now. And they didn’t install new screen saver properly. Lots of air bubbles visible. At least Samsung is going to take care of me.

They communicate very well and tell you exactly what needs to be done and how long it will take. Will even help you to get a better deal if they can. This is the second time I've used them and it's been great both times

Awesome experience, shattered my phone's screen for the 1st time ever. Dropped it off @ noon and it was ready by 2pm same day. They also have an online tool to watch your phone's status. Fantastic customer service and my phone looked good as new!

I came in with a Nintendo switch OLED and they checked it out for free. He told me what was wrong with it, so I decided to try to fix it myself since I already paid 250 for a broken switch. He even gave me some screws for my sidebars! Ultimately, I was successful and now have a working switch.I will always go here for my electronic needs. They're so friendly and care about winning customers and I jave to say, they certainly won my business for a lifetime.
