The people that work at the main street post office are wonderful people it is unusual for a post office to be closed between 1130 and 1230. I will admit that but remember we are in a small town and we’re lucky to have two post offices.

I have been there many times over the 30 years that I have lived in Greenwood. I would say the last 10 years the service has been fast. I don't think I've waited more than 15 minutes in the last 10 years

The gentleman at the front desk refused to take my package claiming he cant weigh it when really he was too lazy and wanted to be argumentative instead of doing his job.

I have had a parcel in my mail for 2 days. There is a note on the box, this is the way to get mailpickedup. Why is my building, 1145/4 Southbridge Cir, ignored at times? I could see if it was just me. Some of my neighbors are not getting their mail being picked up or any deliveries.

Closed 11:30-12:30... I wasted 1 trip. Customer in front of me today also wasted an earlier trip. I gave the worker my suggestion that it's a govt office that people pay to have open through lunch time... She argued w me saying that Sandy has had it that way for over 30 years. I told her that plays no role in the matter. ...be warned...redneck attitude.

Vehicle #0214858 was at Walmart on S East Street today at 12:40pm 01/06/24. The man driving the vehicle almost hit me as a pedestrian, then swore at me for “not looking.” I went to take a picture of the vehicle identifying information as this man continued verbally assaulting me, he also told me he did not care if I called. He was his own boss and wasn’t “scared” at all of any type of discipline. This man came at me, a woman, in a very aggressive manner for simply crossing the street in a crosswalk. I’m not sure it would be best for him to continue interacting with the public without extreme anger management help. I quickly loaded my groceries and got into my car because this man turned his vehicle around to come back and continue verbally assaulting me. He parked his LLV behind me to block me in while he continued yelling at me. I would appreciate hearing from you on this topic as I also submitted a feedback report with all of my contact info. This is a wildly inappropriate situation.

Post office is listed as open 8:30 to 4. Not the case, closes for 1 hour for lunch 5 days a week. 11:30 to 12:30. Geez.

Rude, abusive, and demeaning behavior from the woman working there. I watched as she did it to other customers and then did it to me. She repeatedly said she was trained to behave that way.
