Customer service is horrible. I came here about twice and both experiences were not pleasant at all. A woman up front was extremely rude and had an attitude. Looking at the other reviews I realize it’s not just me who has had this same interaction with this woman. Extremely unprofessional and will not be coming again.

I went in today wanting to know the process about the digital pictures for passport the Asian lady said no can’t help you I’m doing passport you wait i said i just wanted to know the process she yelled walgreens cvs not here she was already rude to the previous customers before me. I’ll go elsewhere

This place is a joke, always incredibly slow and the customer service is terrible. Just go to the one on Main Street and avoid this place at all costs.
