Our appointments got rescheduled after we had scheduled them in advance. We scheduled for morning appointments and then get texts that they’re rescheduling us to late afternoon… come on now!

So fast yet covered everything I needed. They are all knowledgeable and have great customer service. My benefits quoted were accurate. I’ve been to other eye places that were so slow. This is not one of them. This will always be my eye glasses provider.

Staff here is always fantastic with helping myself and my wife with our glasses, and ensuring that they fit correctly. That being said, this location is in dire need of new chairs. I can't believe their corporate office has not sent them new ones. Our last two visits we have seen the chairs looking like this where pieces are literally falling off all over the floor!

My partner and I scheduled way ahead of time so we could have appointments together. The same day of our appointments, we both got a text that our appointments were rescheduled. It's upsetting because we planned ahead so we could have early appointments together. The staff member who did this made our reschedule for late afternoon... please tell me who would want to switch a pre planned time in the first place. SMH.

Stephanie is the best! She was able to adjust my prescription for my lenses, and now I can see much better. Super impressed with her ability to do her job! Very helpful and pleasant to work with!!!

I decided to visit Visionworks this time over Lenscrafters so that I could take full advantage of my vision insurance. I felt comfortable with the exam, the optometrist, and her staff. I spent some time choosing frames and lenses with a very pleasant young woman who took her time explaining how my insurance would work with my chosen frames. Ultimately, I purchased three full pair of glasses, including two pair from a new brand called Avio. My first issue is that it took over three weeks, but the website was never updated to let me know they had come in and I wouldn't have known had I not called to ask what was taking so long. When I picked them up, though, a different young woman helped me with fitting. The first pair fit fine, right out of the case. The second one needed adjustment, which was easy enough. The third pair was problematic and by this time it was clear that she was done with me and didn't want to take the time to make sure they were a good fit. All of this was taking place while she was deep in conversation with a coworker. I'm pretty easygoing, but this all cost a lot of money even with insurance and the third pair still don't fit correctly. I'm disappointed because this was the pair I was really looking forward to wearing. I will probably return for another exam, but the employees need more effective customer service training.

Everything was fine until I entered the exam room. Upon sitting in the exam chair I glanced over at the computer in the room. A database of patients names and dates of births were left open on the computer. Pretty sure that’s a HIPPA violation. Will not be back despite the fact this is the only place that takes my insurance. I will sacrifice blurry vision to have my personal information protected correctly.
