**AVOID THIS PLACE** and do not rely on it for anything critical. The pharmacy manager, “Tiffany” is nasty natured, dismissive, cocky, arrogant and she has a terrible, provocative attitude toward both customers AND physician nursing staff attempting to source medication for patients. She empowers her staff to be equally dismissive, allowing them to hang up on people who call, trying to sort out the problem, “refusing to discuss it further”. As I was speaking to another pharmacy worker, as they were talking to each other with me on the line, the manager was overheard in the background saying “we are DONE,” at her peak, disgusting temperament, and then lied about saying it when I showed up in person. She now refuses to fill prescriptions from my Mother’s doctor at ALL, because SHE got into it with one of his nurses over information she wanted that the nurse refused to provide. “I can no longer help her.” Cold as ice. My Mother suffers in chronic pain because this sorry excuse for a retail pharmacist is not capable of separating business from emotion. This is what happens when terrible managers are supported without oversight, and left to their own vices. This is too much power over the public to hand to someone who clearly has never wielded meaningful authority in her life, and has a flat out evil attitude. Stay out of there entirely with any med needs for people you care about - that is my recommendation. To Walmart, I will only say: don’t put evil in charge of empathy.

I decided to have my script transferred here. They transferred it quickly but lost it. I'm sure it was applied to a different customers account. I'm glad it was only for Vitamin D and not something lifesaving or something that could harm whoever's account they applied it to.

Will not follow up with my doctors office to get refill script for BP meds. They become short and irritated on phone. It is now 2 and a half weeks since I ran out of my BP meds. They will not take the time to speak with my doctors office to resolve issue. State "Well we've done all we can"This is not true though, because they have not spoken to my doctors office, but only leave generic medssage. Do not care how this affect you as a customer.

Said it was open online and when I went to pick up my script the metal gates were down and no one was there.

Drove all the way there and fought the traffic to get there. Then parked along way away from the store due to the holiday shoppers. Got into the store and the pharmacy was closed. I even checked the hours when I left home to see if they would be open and they were not. This was on a Saturday around 1:30pm

The people working there in the Pharmacy are knowledgeable, friendly , professional and more than willing to show you or at least tell you the aisle that a health product is located, The reason I gave you a 3 rating is because of your SATURDAY HOURS! You close early on Sunday- in fact i think you shouldn't open until 1pm so everyone can go to the CHURCH of their choice, but to close at 6pm on Saturday is a real inconvenience to me and I'm sure many others. You are the closest preferred provider pharmacy to where i live. I have trouble with transportation until after 6pm on Saturdays. It's even harder the rest of the wk. Please look into extending your hrs to 9pm on Saturdays. Sincerely and Cordially

Drive thru should be quick and it NEVER is. Count on waiting a minimum of 15 minutes for prescriptions pick up. It's definitely quicker to just park and go inside. I don't understand why but it is. So much for convenience
