I've had problems at this branch and another of their branches where no one is the during the posted hours. Someone finally showed up an hour late and said that they couldn't even give me the amount of money I needed and that I would have to use an ATM for the rest. What is the point of a bank if they can't give you your money?I'm not asking for thousands of dollars. I'll be closing my account soon and changing banks. This banking company is a joke.

This used to be a great bank. Now this branch is the slowest by far. Tellers can't take 2 min to process a deposit if they are opening accts for people. I get it ...first come first serve, but why make customers wait a lengthy time fir a simple deposit. Most of the time they are so short staffed they can't open with only one teller. Rediculous

A retar*** teller decided to close my account because I refused to agree to one of her lies. She took money out of my account and shut my debit cards off after she was caught in a lie. This person steals your money and information.

I've tried to call and talk to a manager about the situation, but it seems either the hours are different or they aren't answering their phones.I went in at the beginning of July to get a new debit card, my current card was expiring near the end of the month.Any bank I've gone to in my life is able to get you a card with either a small fee or no fee.This time, she said that it will automatically be shipped to me within two weeks of my card expiring. Didn't give me any other option and just sort of brushed it off.Low and behold two calls to customer service and one expired debit card later, the customer service representative says to me "why didn't you just go in and get a card from your local branch? You could of chosen your own pin"I don't know if she didn't want to do the work or if she was new, but i now have to wait 7-10 business days for a card I could have gotten weeks ago.

I asbostly love this bank they people are super friendly inisde the bank at walmart i havent had one rude incounter yet and dont think i will qgain the people that work at the locations i go to qre super friendly and helpful love them

These guys used to be a great bank to do business with but it's all fallen apart in the last few months. First, they changed their funds availability policy without making an effort to notify account holders, and now the new manager of this branch has made no effort to establish contact with business account holders as the last manager had plus it seems like corporate has removed any decision making away from managers to the corporate office. As a customer for over 5 years, I am sad to say that I will be discontinuing my business with Woodforest.
