If I could give negative stars, I would. First off they locked the doors at 4:55pm and the security guard said go thru the drive through, even though they don't close until 5pm. I got back in my car and drove around, then the banker - Kaitlyn Gonzalez said I couldn't do a cashier's check through the drive thru, and to come in. I drove back around and came in, after the securityguard unlocked the door. Then, she said she had to get the cashiers checks from the vault, and another older lady gave out this big sigh like it was the biggest deal in the world. Kaitlyn then decided because I had an out of state ID not to process the cashiers check. I have gotten multiple cashiers checks from multiple other branches with a colorado ID and my debit card and PIN. MULTIPLE TIMES. MULTIPLE BRANCHES.
What a double standard. I know that they just wanted to go home. Extremely obvious and unprofessional all around. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I don’t know about everyone else I have always had a pleasant experience in this bank. Bank Managers have always returned a call, or did follow ups with any issue I could not fix. Thanks for being a neighbor bank.

I hate this branch. I avoid it as much as possible, which is also an inconvenience considering it’s closer to me. It’s 9am in the morning! You have one job CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I’m not greeted! I didn’t even know the teller had been working on my transaction! The box was sent back to me with a “ Have a good day” Not is there anything else you need? Awful customer service and it’s not the first time!

Just wanted to give a huge thanks and shout first and foremost to management for having a awesome staff & a huge thanks to VALERIE & CIERRA they helped me with a ongoing issue that I’ve had for 2 weeks with my account being frozen & I had to come to another state /different location to get my problem solve & I these 2 ladies did a phenomenal job ??????

For some odd reason the online banking keeps blocking me from logging in. I have called they fixed it but when I tried two days later it blocked me again. When I try to reset my password it say it doesn't not recognize my info. Now I'm having a hard time actually trying to talk to someone whos alive. Very tired of this

I have made this my “home” branch for a few reasons and not any of them due to geographical location! Great service and never without a smile and a hello from everyone there. Quick, easy, and welcoming. Would give 10 stars if possible.
