be aware of this guys when you go and make a payment with cash. they don't want to give you a receipt for the payment so when you notice that the payment was not processed and you go back to them one of them act very rude and they say that without a receipt they can't help you. when they. clearly before said that they receipt machine is not working. and that's because they know that you're paying cash and you will not be able to proof that you made the payment. this happened to me once and they tried to do the same thing again so I stopped going there. they fool me once but not twice

Just got my iPhone 11 from this location and the service I got was beyond helpful. If you’re thinking about getting a new phone, or simply need help with something I would definitely go to this store. Ross was super nice, helpful, and extremely patient getting everything switched over from my old phone. Didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and worked with me to get what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend this store. Thanks again!

Walked into Mr. Ross' store after reading all the comments in these reviews and concur that "l" received excellent service! Ross went above and beyond helping me with my new phone. Researched and inquired into all questions and set me up very professionally in 15 minutes, out the doorRecommend this store for all your needs ?

Best customer service out of any Boost store I have been to ever!! After visiting 7 other Boost stores in the past month and getting nowhere and getting no help at all and just about to give up and switch carriers I walked in to this store and Ross had me in and out in less than 15 minutes with my phone activated!! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly and that my service had been restored! I will never visit another Boost store even though this one is about a 20-30 minute drive from my home! Thank you Ross!

Wouldn't bother stopping at this location. No one and I mean NO ONE is ever there! The people who live close by this location has to go elsewhere because business hours are never reliable. Website states its open at 10am but that's not the case!!! They're never open!!!!
