The staff are always nice, polite, hardworking, and helpful, providing great customer service. The facility is always spic n span clean, with machines that always work and are super clean. There is a children’s play area and clean bathrooms and floors. Prices are reasonable, and they have a big machine that fits 2-4 loads for $22.50. However, there is a safety concern about having only one person for closing, which is very unsafe and dangerous, as that person can get out as late as 1:00am. Some customers also noted an issue with needing to purchase a laundromat card for service. Despite these issues, the staff are always amazing and the entire facility is ideal for those in the area.
