Pretty pleased to have found it. Most of the area jewelry/watch stores "send out" any but the most basic watch work. Jim is an real/actual watch repair person. Brought in two watches (20+ years old) for service (cracked crystal). Plan to rotate my watch collection thru them.

Jim is amazing with helping find the perfect design for jewelry orders. He helped me design my engagement ring and he took every detail into account that i wanted. I’m pretty picky but it turned out beautifully. Can’t stop looking at my ring

I couldn't understand the lady behind the counter. Her accent was too foreign. I went there in the first place because of the man that used to be there. I didn't see him. Not sure if I will go back, because I didn't feel good about the price I received for the rings I took in as store credit for the 2 rings I needed sized.

I brought two items in for soldering...a very minor repair. The envelope the order was written on said that it was $30. When I picked up the items I was told it was $30 each and the charge is actually $60. I think this is both untruthful and also ridiculously expensive. I would not recommend them.
