Excellent attention to detail. My husband and I were very pleased with the services (mani/pedi) as well as the personalized attention. Very clean, wonderful customer service, and a positive atmosphere.

I went to this place and it said open but the door was locked and it was someone getting service .I called and asked she said they only do appointments only ,I said we'll you should have that on your sign.You know she hung up on me,big mistake!Never again!

She was the sweetest, kindest person and I loved that it was appointment only because you know they mean business and I didn't feel like someone was rushing my nails either. She is a perfectionist and took the extra time to change my color because the first one was "see through." That IS NOT common, nail techs usually say too bad you picked the color. She is proud of her work, easy to talk to and so kind. Wish I lived closer so I could go to no one else ever again. Calm environment, quiet and would DEFINITELY recommend

If y’all don’t want to do nails just say that! I wish I could give 0 stars! This place is appointment only, which is fine. The problem is, you never answer the phone and when coming up there physically you always say you don’t have appointments available and there is never anyone is the shop. Something is adding up to me. And appointments you do have is late in the week during working hours. I can’t even write a review on your service!

Wow is all I can say!! I knocked on the door and she let me in.... I just wanted a no chip nail salon and I got 5 star treatment and nails! I see people say she's choosey and I see why... it's the strip mall she's in!! Don't let it deter you it's beautiful and relaxing inside!! I will of course be back... worth ever cent soooo glad I called and knocked for her services !!! I'll definitely be back!!

I just tried to come here. Their open signs are on and the times on the door says they are open. Its 3pm on a Thursday. The door is locked. There's a lady inside doing someones nails so I knocked and she rudely shooed me away. Glad I didn't get to give her my money.

Wait time is unbelievably long. I made an appointment and the tech still took someone before me and did not apologize about it. Attitudes at this business is very unprofessional.

I arrived at 10:30 am and they are not open. Sign on door says 10 am and it's now 10:45am and still not open. I even called but no one answered.
