Went in for a new phone and was out with in minutes. I’m extremely impressed at the speed of service they had. They made buying my new phone such a breeze. I’m happy I took the drive and went to this location.

Came in today for a new phone due to a cracked screen and was helped by Areli! She was awesome after visiting multiple locations she ended up assisting us the best!Awesome experience!

04/03/23 about 4:45 PM, I was getting a new phone, this one guy helped me with it, he enrolled me to Protection 360 without my knowledge, he didn't even ask me about it, also, he grabbed a charger for me when I buy that phone, I thought it comes with the charger for free, but it wasn't free, I didn't even ask for a charger, he just grabbed it from the store and charged me for it, in a way he used deception to have me bought the charger, which I didn't need, he made it look as if it comes with it, I didn't even know until after I left the store and checked my receipt again, that charger box was kinda ripped open when I got it, I figure he tried to get rid of it because no one will buy a ripped box, so he deceptively sold it to me, I also contacted the corporate about this incident

Left Sprint because of the horrible customer service, it came with the merger to T-mobile. Dont call 611 after CST . Watch your bills, they will up them at any chance and put you thru multiple calls of endless call center no help after 4 CST. In general ok but you have to monitor them constantly! Change is always a good thing unless you have auto pay with T- Mobile. ?

Absolutely no help at all. I assume they are poorly trained and have not a clue what they are doing. If you only need some help with servicing issues and you are not spending money...then the answer is "There's nothing that I can do"...so you basically end up leaving without your problem resolved. Always short staffed, no one greets you. They have no personality, or people skills. I came in for something extremely simple that has nothing to do with my social and running my credit. Like, wth? Won't be going back here anymore.

Went to another T-Mobile location to upgrade our Sprint phones. Waited there an hour & their system went down!!! They were rude & didn't seem to care. Called Griffith location & they were up and running. Went straight over there Jerry helped us. He had the phones we wanted looked at our Sprint plan & was able to use special promotion so our new iPhones won't cost us anything!! Several days after I looked online at my account & it looked like we were paying full price for all the phones - YIKES! Called Jerry & he explained we'll be getting monthly credits to offset the costs. If we have any issues to come back in to see him. Not only did Jerry have what we wanted he didn't try to upsell us or push us to move over to a T-mobile plan! Great experience. Setting up new phones was fast & flawless. Go see Jerry!!

If I could, I’d give 0 stars. I’ve been to this location 3 times because it’s the closest to where I live and the service is always poor. Each time I’ve entered the store, the 1 or 2 reps are busy. There’s no problem there, however these reps are so poorly trained that they don’t even verbally welcome each new customer that enters. When you finally make it to a rep, they are polite, but will often tell you half truths and sometimes omit info entirely so it’s important that you ask the right questions. Please make sure to get a receipt or some document with any and all your devices itemized, do not trust that they will email all of your documents. The reps at this location do not seem to be very thorough at all!! There was a situation where I ordered a device under promotion. I literally got the runaround until the promotion was over, to find out that the rep that was helping me never put it into the system! I think that sprint being taken over by T-Mobile has been terrible altogether, but this location is one that I would not recommend.
