Outstanding customer service. My first time buying from Tool Planet and the shipment was lost in transit and never arrived. I called Tool Planet and after a couple of days they replaced my order at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Have called a dozen times. Have emailed. They took my money at checkout, but I have no clue if or when my order will ship. Two customer service numbers and no responses.

Still waiting for my product to ship. It's been well over a month and I cannot get a hold of anyone or get them to call me back. Would not recommend buying from this place if you ever want to receive your item. One star is to high of a rating for them.
