“Love this pet hospital!!! They are amazing and provide the best for your pets. They are a “pets ??? clinic ?????? overhead cost & let’s make our clinic look like a spa”. I brought my 2 cats in to get shots, look at an allergic reaction on one, get claws trimmed on another, and left with medication ??? ??? ????? $??? total! ??????? ?!!! I’ve been to other large clinics that charged me $200 for 2 shots… unbelievable ? I will ?????? ????????? ?????? ????!”
“They took great care of our dog Sammy while we were out of town. They took care of his immunizations, gave him a bath and everything. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and you can also tell that they are all pet lovers. I would definitely use their services again!”

Have been to three vets for my girl including this one, and this is the one. I drive a decent distance but its worth it. Everyone so far has been patient and friendly with not only my dog but me as a first time solo dog owner. Less stressed to come here or call. Hoping for a good lasting relationship.
I also like that they allow me to help handle my girl. She doesnt need me to do it, but it makes her more comfy.”
“Dr. Nava was excellent. She was able to identify an extremely rare issue with my cat. She was also humble and recommended a specialized facility where the surgery could be performed, rather than attempt it on-site due to its unusual unique nature! She placed care above profit.
And I am forever grateful. I will absolutely be returning for future care!”

“Just simple, quick and easy. I made the appointment showed up at the appropriate time got right in and registered waited maybe 5 minutes for the vet she checked out Storm my dog gave ner a heartworm test and told me the results will be available in about 10 minutes so I went back to the grooming center and got Storm her nails trimmed and buffed Storm was done we got her results negative which I figured got Storm some treats checked out and came home quick and simple”

“My dog had an exam and a dental cleaning done. He is a new patient with the practice and I have to say this vet is a breath of fresh air. I’ve been going to a large walk in clinic for years and really started to feel like a conveyor belt and over charged. I love how peaceful it is in the office, Dr. A was very informative during our first visit, and I never felt uneasy or worried when my baby was getting his teeth done. Needless to say, his teeth are sparkling clean and were very happy so far! They also kept me informed during the day and I never felt left in the dark.”

She has always provided excellent care for my furbaby since Dr. George retired. Karen is the best front desk receptionist. She always provides me with friendly and excellent customer service. “We started using this vet this past year when two kittens ended up on our doorstep, and everyone here is so wonderful. Such a kind, compassionate, and informative. We had to do some de-worming treatments and they made it as stress-free and affordable as possible. Finding a new vet was scary but the doctor and literally everyone working there is so great. “We absolutely loved every part of our experience at Humane Indiana. We were able to go view the dogs and facility before selecting which we wanted to meet. Then we made a decision after the staff let us have as much time with the pups as we wanted. We filled out paperwork, they were able to get the puppy spayed that day and we took her home less than 24 hours later. The spay incision looks so clean and well done, the experience was so easy and they clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend this facility and the staff and volunteers were so friendly and helpful!”

“I started to bring my dog Riley to Smith almost 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made. Ever since we started going there, I’ve noticed so many wonderful things. I love how much the staff loves our pets. While doing their important busy job, they still give attention to our pets and make sure they feel loved while being there. I love how Dr. Smith focuses on each dog. I love that he is the only doctor there. He listens well… explains things until I fully understand and always remembers when Riley is back. Riley is very calm with him and I know she trust him. I took Riley to 2 vets before this, and I wasn’t a fan. Especially because we would see a different doctor each time. I felt rushed. As if they just wanted to get us in and out. Riley would never stay calm. At smith, they make us feel welcomed. Let me ask 10000 questions. They sit on the floor with Riley while I talk and ask my questions. They make us feel at home. All the girls there are amazing but Riley loves Ama and Yovonne extra special! I highly recommend this vet and know my Riley girl is in good hands!!”
“I had an appointment for my elderly cat at 5pm, this was on a day that they close at 7. I was getting him into their wellness program and worried about his current health. The vet was so informative and the staff even stayed until 730 just for my cat. Running tests, giving me information, and also giving me advice. They took their time figuring out the most affordable way for me to get my cat everything he needs, and they seems genuinely concerned for him. She even thanked me for adopting an elder (I got him when he was 12). They even called the next day to see how he was doing. Turns out my cat will be fine and hopefully we'll have another decade of memories together. I look forward to more appointments with them. It's refreshing after all the other locations I've been do, to have people actually tell me what's going and not just try to charge me for everything.”

“I have anxiety about bringing my Labrador to the vet because he gets nervous and reactive. Our previous vet was rude and dismissive, so I tried crossroads and I’ve been there twice with him so far. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly patient and kind. I’ve seen both Dr. A and Dr. Tyler and both of them were just fantastic. The vet tech staff were wonderful as well. I’m just so impressed with the compassionate care we received. I find the pricing to be fair as well.”
