Only adding a star for the nice pharmacy tech who answered the phone, she was sweet and transferred me to the pharmacist very quickly. Now the pharmacist… very rude. I had a question about 2 prescriptions from an urgent care; I had basic info and a slip about the pills but needed further clarification on some things. Pharmacist immediately snapped at me and said “I’m not responsible for any drugs not from this location, they should’ve told you this stuff”. Then when I proceeded to ask my questions he responded short and sarcastically “yeah” to every question. Clearly not knowledgeable as I called another location and they took the time to answer my questions, and give me info this pharmacist would not provide. All without the attitude. Ridiculous.

This Walgreens is absolutely perfect. Everyone is efficient and work quickly. I'm always in and out in a flash that also goes for the Pharmacy!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!! If you fill at this pharmacy, be sure to count your pills inside the store on camera before leaving. They shorted me 10 pills/5 days of my medicine, and when confronted, said their count is accurate, which means an employee must be stealing meds! Not only that, it took several days to finally catch the manager on the phone, after I was told for days she said she would call me back.
HOW THEY DID IT:
The day of my appointment, my Dr called in the prescription, I called later on to see if they were ready. A female advised me that they only had 5 days worth of of that medicine, so I would have to pick up that and wait for the rest. I told her that wouldn't work for me because I don't live by this Walgreens, I was only staying out there for a few days. So she said I'd have to have my Dr transfer it to my regular pharmacy. 2 days later, I called to see if they had got the whole prescription filled so I wouldn't have to bother my Dr to transfer it. They said they did. I had my mother inlaw pick it up and when she brought it home, I realized the bottle they gave her was way smaller than the one I usually get and counted my medicine and it was short the 10 pills/5 days that they originally said they only had. The full amount of pills would not have even fit into that size bottle!!! When confronted, (after days of trying to reach the manager) she said their count was accurate and there was nothing they could do. She was not concerned at all, and very unprofessional. Now, because it is a controlled substance, I will be the one to suffer, because my Dr cannot replace them. I would suggest anyone who goes there to count their meds inside on camera before leaving so they can't do it to you. I'm reporting them to corporate, as well, as this is inexcusable. They are messing with people's lives and their health. Worst pharmacy I've ever used in my life. I will never use them again, and I will continue to warn anyone who does!!!!!

I went to Walgreens on my neighborhood, I walked in to have a picture of my dog and kids printed, 3 total, 1 with each daughter and 1 with both girls and Rocky. When I went in to ask about pricing and explained that I was on my way to put my dog down and I wanted to give my girls a gift to remember Rocky by. When I came to pick up the plaques Obed Mendez had covered the cost and gifted these plaques to me I was already emotional for having to say goodbye to my furbaby and he was beyond sweet and empathetic. Huge appreciation for this kind man. Thank you
