Not the worst White Castle, not the best. Quality of the food isn’t what it could be sometimes. Store is relatively clean but should be addressed more often.

Stopped coming here because they messed up an order and replaced it for me but also messed up the replacement. Decided I'll just order something easy like chicken rings. Ask for sauce 3 times, dude repeats it to me and still gives me no sauce... and yall start employees at $15 an hour and they can't even give you your sauce. Plus the wait time recently takes forever

I noticed nothing but young kids working in fast restaurants. They are high or have an attitude when taking your order. I guess this is the new thing now in life! Very sad. They need to start drug testing when they hire in the fast food industry!

The young lady that was at the counter taking our order had absolutely no personality at all. She did not acknowledge us as we stood there at the counter she had a sour look on her face and acted like she was completely bored while working. She had a very sour attitude and it was not friendly customer service behavior. I basically feel that they should fire her.

After waiting they Said online orders only at the drive through. What ever happened to customer service these days. I couldn't get the app to download. So went to The Wheel. I am Doordasher but hey I was hungry. I had a discount using my doordash card there. Well thanks White Castle for sending me away. So don't go there late night if your hungry. Smh
