I have been an online seller for 7 years, and I ship a minimum of 100 packages via USPS every month. SO thankful for the pickup service and the accuracy with which my packages are consistently delivered. Amazing, really. And my carrier (Frank Jones) is AWESOME! Picks up my packages every single morning and scans each one before he even takes them to his truck, so my customers know immediately that their orders are in the hands of the USPS and on their way. ❤❤❤ my USPS.

Can not get in touch with anyone. Automated attendants are a waste when you need to discuss an issue with a person. But no way to get to a person via the USPS systems it seems. Delivery issues on last two packages. Will be using UPS going forward.

Woman there was extremely rude. Got there at 12:25 pm and because she wanted to go on her hour long break she told me my package was not there when my tracking number confirmed it was there.
