“Wish they'd carry meat free flavors of breakfast and dinner items, along with the unhealthy meat stuffed ones they have. Also fresh produce would be great in the Walkerton store in the off garden season. Lettuce, onions, potatoes please.”
“Has all the essentials that you may need, i.e. bread, milk, eggs, cheese, coffee, etc. Theres a small freezer section with frozen pizzas and TV dinners which has saved me from the question "What's for dinner?" more than once, lol.
There usually arent too many people there, so it isn't crowded. You can easily run in quickly to get what you need, or spend hours there browsing the aisles.”

“New store hwy 8 and hwy 23 , great, close, keep from wasting gas going to Knox, culver,Plymouth, to bad they don't add a gas station in this location, fresh vegetables too”
“Typical DG. Nobody is lazy there, I always see the employees stocking,moving and cleaning up after local slobs make their way through. Sometimes they have what you're looking for and Sometimes they don't. They even sell dice to roll .”

“I, personally, have never been treated poorly by any person working at this Dollar General Store. I do agree with shelves being low on product and messy isles. Having said that, many times there is only one employee. What would you have them do first? Wait on you, stock shelves, clean isles? Which one? If there is blame to be put, lay it at the feet of the corporation, not the minimum wage or close to minimum wage employees. This store actually has to close, to stock shelves. They put a sign on the door, "Stocking shelves". Why? Personnel shortage. Give these employees a break. Great them with a smile and patience. Make their day a little better by being less frustrated and more patient. Lay blame where blame is do, and it's not with the them. To all Dollar General employees...God bless you for putting up with what you have to, and still coming to work. I appreciate all you do.”
“Omg! Amazing. Clean, neat and friendly. Haven't been to a cleaner store in a very long time. We are from laporte indiana and ours is horrific. Stopped by here in knox for an appoinment....I would drive this far just to shop here!!! Can't wait to go back!!”
