The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. What I like about Lindys Ace is if they don't have what you need, they will try their best to help or even refer you to where you can possibly get it.

So friendly and helpful! They even opened up the box or my new sink sprayer to make sure it would fit right! I had gone to Menards before stopping here. They didn’t have what I needed and no store workers helped me.I will definitely be back!

I cannot express how excellent my experience was. I went 2 days in a row and was helped by completely different staff members but both times the service was amazing. I found a bulb that fit a 1982 Glo Worm and got it working again for the first time in almost 20 years. The prices are competitive but the service and staff knowledge is the highest I have experienced in years. Even if they don't have what you want, they will figure out what you NEED. Thanks Mike (and all the people whose names I forgot, sorry)!

I just called. And the person speaking hung up. Tim. He assumed I was a machine call. I called back to explain why people should not be hung up. He would not hear it. Hung up on me again. I asked for manager. He said he is the manager. Eventually, he put me in contact with Jeremy. Another manager. Jeremy said he's sorry. What else do I want him to do about it? I asked that management should have a way of dealing with situations so this does not happen again. For example, you can ask - how can I help you ? What is the nature of your call? When can you come to the store? Unique questions that require unique answers to separate robot calls from normal calls. He said obviously Tim will be spoken to about the situation. There is no guarantee that this behavior or attitude will stop. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he has decided he will not get the owner involved. I can call back if I want. The 3rd mark against this situation is also that a manager has the audacity to create arguments with the customer. He said: I don't know what its like running a business. He said: have you ever received a robo call? How would you deal with it? Ultimately, this is your small business. Not mine. I am just 1 consumer being poorly treated. If I can help just 1 person being treated nicer and kinder in your business, and myself being treated kinder and nicer in the future at your establishment, that is all I am asking. Not being hung up on. And interrupted, and argued with. Owners of business do not have eyes behind their back to watch all their employees. My understanding is that yes they do want to know about these situations to improve customer service. I would like to see small businesses like this survive because they provide unique services or supplies that large retail does not.
