Waited 30 minutes after sign-in. The ladies at the front desk had decided to stop calling names. Must have been about 8 people in the waiting area. Then, one of the clerks left the clinic ( om lunch? ). That was when I was dome wasting time and walked out.

I get blood work done every year at the south bend clinic and everytime it gets sent to Alverno labs. Were they rip me off, my insurance will not pay for it and I have to go back and forth with my insurance and this place. So unprofessional this place needs to be shutdown.

They never order the correct tests and have consistently taken weeks to run routine labs.
