I paid for a $25 car wash and there's still soooo so so much dirt on my car. What did I actually pay for? How do I get a refund?

This is my 2nd time being stuck in the wash because the machine stop running. I'll have to find another location to wash my car.

I use this car wash twice since buying my brand new Toyota and I was a fool for using it. This car wash has damaged my car and also smudged grease onto the side of it. I would stir far away from using this car wash...
