Horrible horrible horrible. Erica was wonderful manager Rob needs lessons on customer service. During my time there another customer left screaming. He has no patience, he’s ignorant and basically talked to me like trash!
I bought an iPhone 16 in July my case broke two months later a $55 case I also bought a screen protector. I spent $1000 there. I also spent $1000 today buying my husband a phone and to come to tell me that a phone that For a year that they cannot replace my case because it broke. I called her months. I have text messages. They said they ordered it. They never did so. He won’t replace my case unless it’s the same brand which they pretty much don’t carry anymore. I also bought the package where you get a screen protector and you pay $50 but you can pay $10 for replacement. They no longer carry it and they will not order it for me so I’m out of luck. He basically said I can’t keep going back back-and-forth and there was nothing I can do and walked away
Please save your time your sanity and avoid going there if you need customer service because it was the most dreadful awful six months experience with beyond rude customer service.
