Not only will I not be returning to this place, but I will be telling my 2 treating Drs and insurance company NOT to recommend the Hammond sight whatsoever!!!2 months ago I had a neck or cervical spinal fusion on top of a previous fusion and many yrs ago I also had my lower spine fused as well. So Dr sent me to therapy and well this was by far a very unpleasant, embarrassing experience. I went in on a Monday got evaluated by the Director of the facility and by the time I left there my body was in so much pain that I could not stand up straight and so luckily I had a Dr follow-up appt that same Thursday and well I was told I would need an epidural placed into my lower back. When I returned to therapy on Friday I was barely able to walk. At this appointment I was assigned to a different therapist who asked me how I was doing since the last session, I explained the situation and his answer to me without even knowing me or ever treating me before was that "THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE THERAPY YOU HAD HERE!!!!" an answer that I felt was completely unnecessary, I had never said I was blaming them, but I had not been anywhere else. So I pushed through my session and was told by the Director that if I was not feeling well by Monday to let them know, Monday rolls around and I present myself ONLY to find that now I am working with a NEW person and the director is walking right behind both the therapist and I letting him know I was the patient that they had been talking about and continued to say my personal business out loud for everyone to hear. She further asked me why did I come if I was not feeling well? That she was going to discharge me and let the Dr know. I looked at her and said ok and left there embarrassed as though if I were being expelled from school!!!??I just want to say to whom this may concern at this company my situation and or my condition had NOTHING to do with any claim so I don't stand to gain any money from lying about how I was physically feeling or felt at that moment. I felt attacked, I felt they gave up on me simply because I was not going in there chipper and a great big smile on my face, she further told me that if I was going to be there with a miserable look on my face that it would be best for me to wait. They don't seem to have the understanding that people are there to be helped and in my case I was in too much pain to make conversation, but I do understand the importance of getting things done because I NEED to go back to work ASAP. Thanks to this company and their miserable therapy staff, my recovery efforts have been placed on hold therefore putting on hold me recovery and furthering my chances in getting my life back in working order!??I have no words to express the disappointment and anger I feel toward the behavior and unprofessionalism this staff has to offer!!!

The staff is very friendly. The building inside and outside is clean and neat. It's very relaxing there and the staff don't rush you through your exercises.

I love it there. Always greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk and then a hello from each and every staff member once inside. Very attentive to my well being the entire duration of time Im there.

Everyone hear from the people working at the front to the therapists are extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve only had three visits, but I can already tell a difference. Highly recommend this place if you’re in need of therapy.

The Hammond ,IN facility is very clean . The staff is very friendly caring and they want the best way to help you get better Andrea is the bomb is jazzmere and queely love them all. I will recommend this facility to anyone.
