Sales associate Charlie is very rude and seemed to not want to be bothered with doing her job today . The simplest thing that could have been done she turned it into a difficult one with her nasty attitude. Very unprofessional and I hope she wasn’t the supervisor in charge , the right thing she should have done was call a manager if she didn’t want to her job

I had a really friendly experience with the employee who was very helpful very knowledgeable and he made things easy and the manager was on hand and she was very nice I would definitely refer that store to all of my friends and family

I truly hate leaving this bad review! In the past 7 years I’ve always had a good experience. October, 2024 I did an update on one of lines. October 28, 2024 at 1:17pm I personally handed the trade in to Charelle. I got an email 11/14/2024 saying my trade in was never sent to them. December, 2024. I got billed a one time fee for that trade in. I have made multiple attempts with charelle get this resolved. I have called her at the store and stopped in person. I feel like I am being lied to my face, I was told I would not be charged this fee don’t worry you won’t pay it. It will be resolved by 01/10/2025, 01/15 comes I called her give me 30-1 hour never got a called, I called her again give me 40 minutes, I called again. Nothing has been resolved. I have spent hours of my day calling AT&T and they have no record of the phone being mailed back. Now I am stuck paying $333.16 for a phone I do not have.
