Ride management! Today, I went to return two tools that I did not use. The manager Chanella jumped in the interaction to tell me that they don’t accept tool returns because people use them and then return them. I explained to her that I purchased them before store closing last night and went to oreillys to find the etorx socket that they didn’t have and found a set of six for less than the price of two that I purchased at AutoZone. Chanella insisted on punking me in front of another customer who was there to purchase a battery. I understand that there are people who scam but not everyone is a thief. RUDE! Send that manager to tact and diplomacy training.

Brought a battery back told me it was not under warranty when I swapped it out for another battery 6 months to a year ago worse place to do business don't go there

I drove there with bad brakes. I purchased brake pads which did not fit. They were too big and they would not deliver the correct ones even though I now had no transportation due to them. So I had a friend pick up the next set which were also too big. So my family member picked me up and took me to purchase my 3rd set of brake pads which someone finally had a clue and gave me the correct ones

Just left there an they had young guys working 1 guy sitting at the top of the ladder an another guy discussing street activity an no one wanted to help me !!!! Wowww wat has autozone turned into the worst experience of my life at this autozone smh i went to O'Reilly across the street wayyyy better customer service an im not going back unless i decide to go to ridge road
