I am furious at the store! How do You have people that work there that have absolutely no experience with engine lights or service engine soon lights other than the basic information that is stated in the manual?!? I do blame myself I probably should’ve googled it just like I did and then I would’ve known that. The lady had no idea what she was talking about but I basically put my trust into this stole before I purchased this car! I went in there for an engine diagnostic test because my service engine soon light was on and the lady said “oh we don’t have to run an engine light diagnostic if that’s the light on sans it’s not the actual engine light”, and told me that the light on my dash which is the service engine soon light means an oil change or minor maintenance sz BUT on my 2007 Nissan Murano the service engine soon light(and not the actual picture of the engine light) is, the check engine light! THERE IS NO ACTUAL ENGINE PICTURE LIGHT ON THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE!!! I guess this make and model of the Nissan uses the service engine soon light as the engine light! Some thing told me to have her hook it up anyways, but she promised me that just meant to go get an oil change Or check fluids and gas cap and it was not the engine light! I went there to make sure I did not purchase a car with an engine light on. I was told it was not the engine light and they were wrong. I bought a car I can’t even plate and pass emissions for now! I just paid cash $3400! And like I said, I’m so furious and irate because the purpose of me going there I drove there from the lot before purchasing for that reason and I was misinformed. I am a single mother which I had to borrow that money because I had an emergency and my other vehicle broke down now I have to pay back money and put more money into this car so I can pass emissions. Maybe they need to be trained at this store or tested or something before hired I can’t believe this happened. How do these people even have jobs there? Unbelievable !!

The staff is pretty friendly. I needed a headlight and after buying one they came out and put it in for me. I bought one because I ordered leds online and just didn't want to risk driving with a headlight out until the new ones arrived in the mail

Loreen is her name: The amazing young lady who assisted my daughter and I on 11-04. We were returning the wrong size alternator purchased earlier. We were confused because the system showed what we purchased was correct but when we returned and we all looked at it and clearly saw something wasn't right. Loreen did some further research and found that the vehicle has 2 alternator with one distinctive feature. I was so amazed at the time she took to get to the bottom of the issue. Great work, great employee, awesome job. Thank you Loreen
